| [目的]探讨《黄帝内经》中“病机十九条”内容来源、作者等问题，梳理后世医家对其内容的发挥，以期能更好地应用于临床。[方法]分析历代医家对于“病机十九条”相关内容的认识和阐述，总结其学术价值和对后世的影响。[结果]“病机十九条”的内容由王冰补注，其来源和作者迄今争议未定，虽非出自《黄帝内经》，但仍有重要的价值。其对中医“证”“病机”内容的总结和概括意义重大，可作为临床诊断的参考。历代医家对其内容不断进行阐释和补充，尤其是刘完素等人对燥邪病机的发挥，极大地丰富了中医病机理论，使“病机十九条”辨证识机的核心内涵对中医学的辨证论治观影响更为深远。[结论]“病机十九条”的内容言简意赅，其归纳方法使疾病的病机特点纲举目张，同时引导后世不断的完善和发挥，对于今天的学习和临床工作仍有重要指导意义。 |

| [Objective] To explore the source and author of the contents of the “19 Pathological Mechanisms” in “Yellow Emperor's Internal Classics”， and to sort out the use of the contents by later generations of physicians， so as to lead to better clinical application.[Methods] It analyzed the explanation and elaboration of the “19 Pathological Mechanisms” from the medical experts of the past dynasties， at the same time summarized the academic value and estimate the influence for the later generations.[Results]The content of “19 Pathological Mechanisms” was annotated by WANG Bing， and it's source and author have not been definited. Although it is not from “Yellow Emperor's Internal Classics”， it is still of great value. It is of great significance to summarize the contents of traditional Chinese medicine “syndrome” and “pathological mechanisms” and can be used as a reference for clinical diagnosis. Physicians of the past dynasties continued to interpret and supplement its content， especially LIU Wansu and others' exertion on the pathogenesis of dry pathogens， which greatly enriched the pathogenesis theory of Chinese medicine， so that the core connotation of syndrome differentiation and treatment view of “19 Pathological Mechanisms” had a far-reaching impact on the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. [Conclusion]The content of the “19 Pathological Mechanisms” is concise， and its induction method makes the pathogenesis of the disease a clear outline. At the same time it guides future generations to continuously improve and play， which still has important guiding significance for today's study and clinical work. |
