| [目的]探讨曾诚教授消补法治疗子宫腺肌病所致不孕的经验。[方法]通过复习相关中医文献、跟师临证、整理医案等方式，总结曾诚教授对子宫腺肌病所致不孕病因病机、治则治法的认识，并举验案一则以示曾诚教授的诊疗思路、用药特色。[结果]对于子宫腺肌病所致不孕，曾诚教授认为肾虚、血瘀为其主要病机，因肾脏亏虚、冲任虚损、胞脉瘀阻，两精不能相搏所致，故在治疗上灵活运用消补法以祛实补虚，即活血化瘀、补肾通络，一消一补之中，依据患者病情变化，将消补分施、消补结合交互选用。经前期，以活血化瘀、行气止痛为法，排卵期则以补肾通络、理气活血为度。所附医案为子宫腺肌病所致不孕，证合肾虚血瘀的病机特点，以活血化瘀、补肾通络为大法，重视患者的情绪疏导，遣方用药佐以疏肝行气解郁之品，患者最终成功受孕。[结论]曾诚教授消补法治疗子宫腺肌病所致不孕之证，本着血瘀甚者、肾虚甚者、经前期及排卵期不同的病情特点，消补分施、消补结合，重视调肝，临床疗效颇著，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To discuss the Professor ZENG Cheng's experience in the treatment of infertility due to adenomyosis with the elimination and tonic method. [Methods]By reviewing the relevant Chinese medical literature， following the teacher's clinical evidence， and compiling medical cases， it summarized the Professor ZENG Cheng's understanding of the etiology and treatment of infertility due to adenomyosis and cited a case to show Professor ZENG Cheng's treatment ideas and medication characteristics. [Results]In the treatment， Professor ZENG Cheng believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of the infertility due to adenomyosis， which is induced with deficiency of the kidney， deficiency of the punching and the stasis of the meridians， and the inability of the two meridians to fight each other. Therefore， in the treatment， elimination and tonic method is used flexibly to eliminate excess and deficiency， that is to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis， tonify the kidney and dredge collaterals， according to the patient's conditions， the application of elimination and tonic method and the combination of elimination and tonic method were selected interactively.In the premenstrual period， the method is to invigorate blood stasis， promote the circulation of Qi and relieve pain， while in the ovulation period， the method is to tonify the kidney and dredge collaterals， regulate Qi and invigorate blood. The attached medical record is infertility induced with adenomyosis， which is characterized by the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. The main method is promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， tonifying the kidney and dredging collaterals， paying attention to the patient's emotional counseling， sending prescriptions and drugs， as well as soothing the liver， promoting Qi and relieving depression. The patient finally got pregnant successfully. [Conclusion]Professor ZENG Cheng's treatment of infertility due to adenomyosis is based on the different characteristics of blood stasis， kidney deficiency， premenstrual period， and ovulation period， adopting elimination and tonic method separately and in combination， emphasizing the regulation of the liver and the clinical efficacy is worthy of reference. |
