| [目的]对历代本草文献中记载的覆盆子基原植物进行考证，分析其具体基原植物，理清溯源。[方法]系统查阅东汉时期至建国后的本草文献，根据各本草的文字记载和附图，结合现代植物学特征、产地等分析，推测历代古籍对应的实际覆盆子品种。[结果]历代本草文献中记载的覆盆子基原植物复杂且混乱，有茅莓(Rubus parvifolius L.)、树莓(Rubus corchorifolius L.f.)、覆盆子(Rubus idaeus L.)、插田泡(Rubus coreanus Miq.)、灰毛果莓(Rubus foliolosus D.Don)等多个品种。尽管数量较多，但一直都局限为蔷薇科悬钩子属植物。掌叶覆盆子(Rubus chingii Hu.)是现今《中国药典》中覆盆子唯一的基原植物，历代本草文献缺乏相关的记载，直到建国后《中药志》才首次将其作为覆盆子的基原植物，历代《中国药典》也沿用此观点至今。对覆盆子功效的认识也不断发展和完善，并逐步确定为益肾固精缩尿和养肝明目。[结论]对覆盆子古今应用的认识，务必要具体分析其基原植物，而不能将覆盆子本草记载的功效和主治均归结于掌叶覆盆子(Rubus chingii Hu.)。 |

| [Objective]To make a textual research on the original plant of Rubi fructus and to provide new references for modern application of Rubi fructus.[Methods]On the basis of review and study on the written records and drawings from ancient literatures of Rubi fructus from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the founding of the People's Republic of China， combined with the analysis of modern botanical characteristics and producing areas， the textural research of the original plants of Rubi fructus in the ancient literatures was speculated.[Results] The original plants of Rubi fructus in the ancient literatures of materia medica are complicated and chaotic， including many species， such as Rubus parvifolius L.， Rubus corchorifoliusL.f.， Rubus idaeus L.， Rubus coreanus Miq.，Rubus foliolosus D.Don， etc. In spite of the large number， its origin has always been limited to the Rubus of Rosaceae. As the only original plant of Rubi fructus in the“Chinese Pharmacopoeia”， Rubus chingii Hu.was not recorded specially in the ancient literatures of materia medica. Until after the founding of the People's Republic of China， Rubus chingii Hu.was first regarded as the original plant of Rubi fructus in the“Chinese Materia Medica”，Various editions of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” also shared this point of view up to now. The understanding of the effect of Rubi fructus is constantly developing and improving， and it is gradually identified as nourishing the kidney， strengthening essence， reducing urine， nourishing the liver and improving eyesight.[Conclusion] In order to understand the ancient and modern application of Rubi fructus， it is necessary to analyze its specific original plant and it cannot be simply attributed all the efficacy and treatment recorded in Rubi fructus to Rubus chingii Hu. |
