| [目的]探讨我国中医药院校主办的科技期刊如何助推“双一流”建设，为高等院校发展提供参考。[方法]通过分析和调查研究，首先分析“双一流”建设与中医药院校科技期刊协同发展的辩证关系；然后总结两者在协同建设中存在的突出问题，并提出整改建议；最后概括科学引文索引(Science Citation Index， SCI)源期刊的办刊现状和经验，并分析对我国中医药院校科技期刊助推“双一流”建设工作的启示。[结果]中医药院校科技期刊与“双一流”建设存在协同发展的辩证关系。目前在两者协同发展过程中，许多编辑人员对“双一流”建设内涵的理解不深刻、专业队伍综合业务素养急需提升、期刊栏目设置未完全凸显“双一流”特色、期刊政策上的支持力度急需强化、出版发行效率偏低等问题较为突出，可着重从优化期刊栏目、强化政策支持与制度建设、提升出版效率等方面予以改进。此外，国际SCI源科技期刊的办刊经验也对我国中医药院校科技期刊建设提供了启示。中医药院校SCI源科技期刊是助推“双一流”建设的重要载体，有利于推动“双一流”国际化建设，有利于提升高校基本科学指标(Essential Science Indicators，ESI)学科的影响力，有利于培养国际学术人才。[结论]中医药院校科技期刊应正视办刊的突出问题，积极整改；对标国际先进，办好期刊，高效助推“双一流”建设，以实现两者发展双赢。 |

| [Objective] To discuss how science journals hosted by traditional Chinese medical colleges and universities promote “Double First-class” construction， and it can provide reference for the development of colleges and universities.[Methods] Through papers review and investigation， the dialectical relationship between the “Double First-class” construction and the collaborative development of science journals of colleges and universities was firstly analyzed. Then， the outstanding problems existing in their collaborative construction were summarized， and some suggestions for rectification were outlined. Finally， the current publication situation and experience of Science Citation Index(SCI) source journals were all summarized，and the enlightenment on science journals of traditional Chinese medical universities promoting the “Double First-class”construction was also analyzed. [Results] There was a dialectical relationship between the traditional Chinese medical colleges and universities science journals and the “Double First-class”construction. Currently， there have some outstanding problems on the collaborative deveopment between the traditional Chinese medical universities science journals and the“Double First-class” construction， such as no deep understanding of the connotation of “Double First-class” construction by many editing staffs， badly in need of promotion of the integrated service quality of the professional team， no distinctive journal columns on “Double First-class” construction， no powerful policy support， an inefficient publishing and distribution efficiency and so on. All the above problems can be improved from the aspects of optimizing journal columns， strengthening policy support and system construction， and improving publishing efficiency. In addition， the experience of running international SCI source science journals also give us some enlightenment for the construction of science journals in traditional Chinese medical colleges and universities. SCI source science journals in Chinese colleges and universities are important carriers to boost the “Double First-class” construction， to promote the internationalization construction of “Double First-class”， to enhance the influence of Essential Science Indicators(ESI) discipline in universities， and to cultivate international academic talents.[Conclusion] Science journals in traditional Chinese medical colleges and universities should face up to the prominent problems and actively rectify them， for which it will be beneficial to effectively boost the “Double First-class”construction and to achieve a win-win situation referred to international advanced journals. |
