| [目的]探讨简易名方对临床组方的意义。[方法]明确简易名方的定义，并从配伍、功效、运用和拓展四个方面探讨简易名方的特点，同时附有医案展示其临床运用。[结果]简易名方符合中医“简便廉验”的价值取向，其药物组成精简，临床应用广泛，疗效久经考验，可以用“药简、用广、效验”六个字来概括。简易名方的特点分别是用药简洁，配伍严谨；药专力宏，功效卓著；名家熟稔，运用广泛；源自典籍，衍生万千。文中举简易名方合方治疗胃脘隐痛十余年验案一则，先后运用了百合汤、良附丸、丹参饮、二陈汤、芍药甘草汤等简易名方，以奏活血散瘀、行气燥湿、散寒止痛之效。药证相应，四诊后即痛未再作。[结论]简易名方作为基本单元，是临床组方的基石，对临床组方有着重要意义，值得进一步研究和应用。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the significance of simple and famous prescriptions to clinical prescriptions. [Methods] The paper clarified the definition of simple and famous prescriptions， and discussed the characteristic of simple and famous prescriptions from four aspects which were compatibility， effect， application and expansion. In addition， the paper showed the clinical application of simple and famous prescriptions through one medical record.[Results] The simple and famous prescriptionis are in line with traditional Chinese medicine's value orientation which is simple， convenient， cheap and effective. Its simple drug composition， is widely used in clinic， and its curative effect has been tested for a long time. Its medication is simple and compatibility is rigorous. Its drug composition is specific and effect is outstanding. It is skillfully used by famous doctors and widely used in clinic. It is originated from ancient books and derived myriad. In this paper， a simple and famous prescription for the treatment of epigastric pain for more than ten years was cited. The simple and famous prescription such as Baihe decoction， Liangfu pill， Danshen decoction， Erchen decoction， Shaoyao Gancao decoction were successively used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis， promote Qi and drying dampness， disperse cold and relieve pain.The medicines were corresponding to the syndrome， thus the pain never happened again after the fourth visit. [Conclusion] As a basic unit， the simple and famous prescription was the cornerstone of clinical prescription and had important significance to clinical prescriptions. It was worthy of further research and application. |
