| [目的]研究朱丹溪医学理论中与易学紧密相关的部分，通过医易学视角加深对朱丹溪学术思想的理解，拓宽中医学的研究思路。[方法]结合朱丹溪的经历与时代背景，分析朱丹溪受易学思想影响的原因，并通过分析、整理朱丹溪著作中的医学思想与易学元素，探究朱丹溪核心理论与易学的内在联系，阐述易学参与朱丹溪医学理论构建的方式，从多角度展示朱丹溪的医易思想。[结果]易学对朱丹溪的影响来源于教育、师承与文化环境。朱丹溪熟练运用易学的思维方式与研究方法构建了自己独具特色的医学理论体系，如“阳有余阴不足论”运用了典型的易学思维，“相火论”与卦爻象关联紧密。朱丹溪在著作中多次引用并应用易学，以易理阐释医理，运用易理于医理之中，利用易理发展了医理。[结论]朱丹溪的医易思想虽尚不成体系，但明显具有后世医易学的雏形，并将医易学运用于临床实践之中，为后世中医医易学的成熟积累了宝贵经验，打下了基础。 |

| [Objective] To research the part of ZHU Danxi's medical theory closely related to Yiology， deepen the understanding of ZHU Danxi's academic thought， and broaden the research ideas of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) through the perspective of the studies of Yiology of Medicine. [Methods] Combined with ZHU Danxi's experience and background of the times， this paper analyzed the reasons why Danxi was influenced by Yiology， explored the internal relationship between ZHU Danxi's core theory and Yiology by analyzing and sorting out the medical thoughts and Yiology elements in ZHU Danxi's works， expounded the way that Yiology participated in the construction of ZHU Danxi's medical theory， and showed ZHU Danxi's thought of Yiology of Medicine from multiple perspectives. [Results] The influence of Yiology on ZHU Danxi came from education， learning and cultural environment.ZHU Danxi constructed his own unique medical theory system using Yiology thinking mode and research method. For example， ZHU Danxi's“Yang-excess-and-Yin-deficiency theory” used the typical thinking of Yiology; “ministerial fire theory” was closely related to the image of hexagram. ZHU Danxi quoted and applied Yiology many times in his works， explained medical theory with Yiology， applied Yiology in medical theory， and developed medical theory with Yiology. [Conclusion] Although ZHU Danxi's thought of Yiology of Medicine is not systematic， it obviously has the rudiment of later Yiology of Medicine. ZHU Danxi applied Yiology to clinical practice， which accumulated valuable experience and laid a foundation for the maturity of the studies of Yiology of Medicine in later generations. |
