| [目的]探索挖掘衢州雷氏医学对新安医学的传承创新。[方法]采用传统医史文献整理和现代数据库挖掘技术相结合的研究手段，从新安医学在衢州地区传承的源流以及雷氏医学对新安医学的传承创新两方面进行系统分析、总结。[结果]徽州、衢州地缘相近，文脉相通。明清时期，新安医家和衢州医家的传承和交流十分密切，促进了两地医学的互动融合。新安医学在学术思想上崇尚中医四大经典，对诸子百家学说也研究颇深，雷氏医学在此基础上勇于发展创新，将瘟疫与温病进行区分，并创造全新的时病辨治体系。新安医学以辨脏腑经络为纲，辨阴阳、病程、病位及病性为目，雷氏医学辨治以脏腑辨证为主，并有机结合审因论治、分层论治、知时论证、辨体立法等多种辨治方法。新安医学临证遣方常经方、时方并蓄，并自创新方、新法，注意酌盈济虚，雷氏医学也强调有法才有方有药，更加明确提倡用法而不用方，“以法代方”。新安医学用药精简轻灵、主次分明，雷氏医学其用药也具有“轻、灵、精、专”的特点。新安医学调摄养生注重固本培元、治调结合，雷氏医学更注重调理脾胃，防治并重，认为不能仅靠治疗，平时在三因制宜的指导下进行养护更为重要。[结论]雷氏医学在传承的基础上对新安医学进行了补充和完善，并提出独特见解，丰富了中医理论，值得深入研究和积极推广。 |

| [Objective] To explore the inheritance and innovation of LEI's medicine in Quzhou to Xin'an medicine. [Methods] By using the research methods of traditional medical history literature collation and modern database mining technology， this paper made a systematic analysis and summary of the origin and development of Xin'an medicine in Quzhou and the inheritance and innovation of Xin'an medicine by LEI's medicine. [Results] Huizhou and Quzhou are similar in geography and cultural context. During the Ming and Qing dynasties， the inheritance and exchange between Xin'an doctors and Quzhou doctors were very close， which promoted the interaction and integration of medicine between the two places. On the basis of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the deep research of the theory of hundred schools of thought， Xin'an medicine had the courage to develop and innovate， to distinguish pestilence from epidemic febrile disease， and to create a brand-new system of distinguishing and treating diseases of the time. Xin'an medicine was based on the differentiation of the viscera and meridians， the differentiation of Yin and Yang， the course of disease， the location of disease and the nature of disease， and in LEI's medicine， syndrome differentiation of viscera is the main method， and many methods of differentiation and treatment are combined with the methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment including judging causes， dividing levels， knowing time， distinguishing body. The clinical prescriptions of Xin'an medicine are often filled with regular prescriptions and current prescriptions， and it also innovates prescriptions and new therapies， paying attention to dispelling excess and tonifying deficiency. LEI's medicine also stresses the treatment principle only has the prescription medication， clearly advocates using the treatment method instead of the prescription. Xin'an medicine is simple and light， clear priorities in treatment， and LEI's medicine also has the characteristics of “light， flexible， refined and specialized”. In Xin'an medicine， the emphasis is placed on strengthening the root and strengthening the vital energy， and the combination of treatment and recuperation. LEI's medicine pays more attention to regulating the spleen and stomach， and pays equal attention to prevention and treatment， and regards that it is more important to carry out maintenance under the guidance of the three factors than relying on treatment. [Conclusion] On the basis of inheritance， LEI's medicine has further supplemented and perfected Xin'an medicine， and puts forward unique opinions， which has enriched the theory of TCM， and is worthy of further study and active promotion. |
