      [目的]考察不同产地乌药中去甲异波尔定、乌药醚内酯成分的含量以及显微性状特点,分析地理分布与乌药药材品质“道地性”的相关性。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)法检测各产地乌药中乌药醚内酯和去甲异波尔定的含量。甘油醋酸法观察各产地乌药粉末的显微结构。[结果]各产地乌药醚内酯含量比例,浙江天台∶浙江衢州:湖北恩施:江西景德镇:湖南怀化:云南楚雄=67:45:40:25:20:1;各产地去甲异波尔定含量比例,浙江天台:浙江衢州:湖北恩施:江西景德镇:湖南怀化:云南楚雄=62:75:84:65:59:1。道地药材浙江天台乌药中乌药醚内酯含量最高。浙江天台与浙江衢州乌药成分含量接近,与其他产地差异显著。经纬度相近的浙江天台与浙江衢州乌药、湖北恩施与湖南怀化乌药显微特征相似。淀粉粒、糊化淀粉粒和石细胞可作为鉴别不同产地乌药药材的显微鉴别特征指标之一。[结论]浙江天台与浙江衢州乌药地理分布较近,其主成分含量与显微特征高度相似;与其他地理位置较远产地的乌药在主成分含量及显微特征上存在显著差异。因此,地理分布与乌药药材的品质是否道地有重要相关性。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To illuminate the correlation between geographical distribution and genuine character of Linderae Radix through investigating the content of norisoboldine and linderane and microscopic characteristics of Linderae Radix from different regions. [Methods] High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to detect the contents of linderane and norisoboldine in Linderae Radix from different regions, microscope was used to observe the microscopic features of different regions with glycerin acetate. [Results] The content ratio of linderane in Linderae Radix of Zhejiang Tiantai:Zhejiang Quzhou: Hubei Enshi: Jiangxi Jingdezhen: Hu'nan Huaihua: Yunnan Chuxiong=67:45:40:25:20:1; and the content ratio of norisoboldine of Zhejiang Tiantai: Zhejiang Quzhou: Hubei Enshi: Jiangxi Jingdezhen: Hu'nan Huaihua: Yunnan Chuxiong=62:75:84:65:59:1. Zhejiang Tiantai Linderae Radix has the highest linderane content. The main chemical constituents of Zhejiang Tiantai Linderae Radix are close to Zhejiang Quzhou and there are significant difference between Zhejiang Tiantai and other regions. The microscopic characteristics of Linderae Radix at similar longitude and latitude such as Zhejiang Tiantai and Zhejiang Quzhou or Hubei Enshi and Hu'nan Huaihua are similar. Starch granules,gelatinized starch granules and sclereid can be used as a microscopic feature to identify different regions of Linderae Radix. [Conclusion] The geographical distribution of Zhejiang Tiantai is close to Zhejiang Quzhou, and the main component content and microscopic characteristics of Linderae Radix are highly similar. There are significant differences in the content of principal components and microscopic characteristics between Zhejiang Tiantai Linderae Radix with those of other remote regions. Therefore, geographical distribution has an important correlation with the quality of Linderae Radix.
