| [目的]研究吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴对中低度发热肿瘤患者的降温效果。[方法]于2020年4月至10月，收集杭州市某医院符合纳入、排除标准的中低度发热肿瘤患者64例，采用随机数字法将研究对象分为2组，对照组采用冰敷等常规护理措施，干预组采用吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴，每6h更换一次敷贴，直至患者体温降至正常范围。分别观察干预后1、2、4、6h患者体温变化，护理工作量以及患者对降温措施的满意度。[结果]干预后4、6h干预组患者体温降低值较对照组明显增加(P＜0.05)，且患者体温恢复正常的时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。干预组护士工作量低于对照组(P＜0.01)。干预组患者对降温措施的满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。[结论]与常规冰敷措施相比，采用吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴干预肿瘤患者中低度发热，具有提高降温效果、增加患者满意度的优势。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of evodia applied on Yongquan acupoint on the treatment of low to moderate grade fever in patients with cancer. [Methods] A total of 64 cancer patients with low to moderate grade fever who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from a hospital in Hangzhou were collected as the study objects from April 2020 to October 2020， and they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Patients of control group were treated with routine care; patients of intervention group were treated with evodia applied on Yongquan acupoint， and the sticks were changed every 6 hours until patients' temperature fell to the normal range. The cooling effects of the two interventions by 1，2，4，6 hours after intervention， nursing workload， and the patients' satisfaction with the cooling measures were observed. [Results] The body temperature reduction in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group at 4h and 6h after the intervention(P＜0.05). The time for body temperature to return to normal of intervention group was shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05). The workload of nurses in intervention group was less than that in control group(P＜0.01). The satisfaction of patients to cooling measures in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with routine care，the use of Evodia applied on Yongquan acupoint has significant advantages of improving the cooling effect and increasing the satisfaction of patients in treatment of low to moderate grade fever in patients with cancer. |
