| [目的] 探讨总结范永升教授在临床上运用通阳法治疗风湿病的学术经验，从而更好地指导临床实践。[方法] 通过阅读文献，跟师临诊，记录和整理范永升教授运用通阳法治疗风湿病的临证经验，对其遣方用药规律予以总结分析，并附医案一则。[结果] 范永升教授认为，充足通畅的阳气在风湿病的治疗过程中起着重要的作用，因此临证时多以通阳为原则，灵活运用祛湿、活血、理气等方法以通阳行痹，常选用苓桂术甘汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、四逆散等方剂进行治疗，处以相应药物加减。文中所附医案，范教授辨为阳气虚弱、寒湿痹阻证，治以通阳祛湿法，方拟苓桂术甘汤加减，疗效颇好。[结论] 范永升教授治疗风湿病以通阳为切入点，根据患者临床症候不同，灵活遣方，对改善患者的临床症状、提高生活质量效果明显，值得学习与推广。 |

| [Objective] To explore the academic experience of Professor FAN Yongsheng in the treatment of rheumatism in the clinical application of method of activating Yang， so as to better guide clinical practice. [Methods] Through reading the literature， consulting the teacher， recording and sorting out Professor FAN Yongsheng‘s clinical experience in treating rheumatism with method of activating Yang， it summarized and analyzed the rules of prescription and medication， and attached a medical record. [Results] Professor FAN Yongsheng believes that sufficient and unobstructed Yang Qi plays an important role in the treatment of rheumatism. Therefore， the principle of activating Yang is often used during clinical treatment， and the methods of removing dampness， invigorating blood circulation， and regulating Qi are used flexibly to promote Yang and improve arthralgia. Arthralgia is often treated with Linggui Zhugan Decoction， Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction， Sini Powder and other formulas， and corresponding drug additions and subtractions are imposed. In the medical record attached to the article， Professor FAN identified the deficiency of Yang Qi and the syndrome of cold dampness obstruction， and used the method of activating Yang to dispel dampness. The prescription was to add or subtract from Linggui Zhugan Decoction， and the effect was quite good. [Conclusion] Professor FAN Yongsheng‘s treatment of rheumatism takes method of activating Yang as the entry point. According to the different clinical symptoms of patients， he can flexibly assign prescriptions. It has obvious effects on relieving patients‘ clinical symptoms and improving quality of life. It is worth learning and promoting. |
