| [目的] 探讨抑郁症中西医结合的临床治疗思路，并总结经验。[方法] 从抑郁症的病因病机出发，结合现代医学的临床诊疗方案，总结抑郁症不同时期的中西医结合治疗，并结合验案加以佐证。[结果] 抑郁症的病因是七情所伤，“肝郁脾虚，心营不足”是抑郁症的重要病机，治疗则应以“疏肝理气解郁、补心益脾安神”的治法为核心，借鉴现代医学的分期诊疗方法，并配合西药治疗，可收获良好疗效。本案中患者症状是典型的肝郁脾虚、心营不足，以“疏肝健脾养心”为基础治疗，最终收获良效。[结论] 以疏肝健脾养心法结合西药治疗抑郁症，确有疗效，值得同道借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To explore the clinical treatment of depression with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and summarize the experience. [Methods] Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of depression， combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan of modern medicine， this paper summed up the treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicines in different periods of depression， which was supported by clinical case. [Results] The cause of depression is injury by seven emotions， the liver depression and spleen deficiency， heart and Ying insufficiency are the important pathogenesis of depression， therefore it is put forward the treatment of depression should focus on “soothing the liver， regulating Qi and resolving depression， tonifying the heart， strengthening the spleen and calming the mind”， learn from the staging diagnosis and treatment methods of modern medicine， which cooperates with western medicine treatment， and can achieve good effect. The patient‘s symptoms in this case were typical liver depression， spleen deficiency and heart and Ying insufficiency， the treatment was based on “soothing the liver， strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart”， and the patient finally achieved good results. [Conclusion] It is effective to treat depression by soothing the liver， strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart combined with western medicine， which is worthy of reference. |
