| [目的] 探寻消法精义，旨在正确理解消法内涵，从而提高消法临证运用效果。[方法] 结合相关古籍文献及当代文献资料，从诊断、立法、处方、用药等多方面探析消法的理论渊源，细列消法临证运用要点，归纳整理消法应用谬误，并结合现代研究进展及临证应用范围，深入理解消法的理论内涵。[结果] 消法理论基础深厚，在历代医家临证实践中不断完善深入，其变化繁多，要义颇深，较之中医八法中他法可谓尤难。须从辨证、立法、处方、用药等多方面理解消法的丰富内涵，从“当消而不消”“不当消而消”两方面总结归纳消法临证谬误，并结合诸多现代研究，为消法作用机制及药物应用提供科学证据。且由于时代背景，社会老龄化日益加重，肿瘤患者与亚健康状态人群日益增多，消法于当今临床应用越发广泛，深入探析理解消法的内涵亦变得愈发重要。[结论] 消法理论内涵丰富，要义深妙，临证应用广泛，若能系统领悟消法精义，对于提高临床疗效具有重要价值。 |

| [Objective] To explore the essence of elimination method， aiming to correctly understand the connotation of elimination method， thereby improving the clinical application effect of elimination method. [Methods] Combining relevant ancient literature and contemporary literature， this paper explored the theoretical origins of elimination method through diagnosis， legislation， prescription， medication， etc.， listed out the main points of elimination method in clinical application， summarized and sorted out the fallacy of elimination method application， and combined modern research progress and clinical application to deeply understand the theoretical connotation of elimination method. [Results] Elimination method has a profound theoretical foundation and has been continuously improved in the clinical practice of doctors in the past dynasties. Its changes are numerous and the essence is quite deep. It can be said to be more difficult than the other methods in the eight treatments of Chinese medicine. It is necessary to understand the rich connotation of the elimination method from various aspects such as syndrome differentiation， establish treatment， prescription， medication， etc.， and summarize the clinical fallacy of elimination method from the two aspects of“it should be eliminated but not eliminated” and “elimination improperly”， combined with many modern studies， to provide scientific evidence for the mechanism of elimination and drug application. Moreover， due to the background of the times， the aging of society is increasing， and the number of patients with tumors and people in sub-health state is increasing， the clinical application of elimination method is more and more extensive nowadays. In-depth analysis and understanding of the connotation of elimination have become more and more important. [Conclusion] Elimination theory has rich connotation， profound meaning and extensive clinical application. If the essence of elimination method can be systematically understood， it will be of great value for improving clinical efficacy. |
