| [目的] 总结第二批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师王会仍教授治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床经验。[方法] 梳理王会仍教授对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征病因病机的认识，阐述其临证心法，总结经验方王氏止鼾汤的组成、方义及效用，并通过典型医案加以验证。[结果]王会仍教授认为，该病发病机制往往与“痰湿”有关，病程演变多遵循脾气亏虚、痰湿阻肺、痰瘀互阻的发展规律，治疗上当以辨证辨病结合、标本兼顾；清肺热、通鼻窍，肺鼻同治；化痰湿、祛瘀滞，气血双调；重视日常调护、防治兼顾。并自拟王氏止鼾汤，临床每获良效。文中所附为一例重度阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征痰湿内阻证病案，运用王氏止鼾汤健脾化痰、宣肺止鼾，随访两年，临床症状及呼吸紊乱指数明显改善。[结论] 王会仍教授运用王氏止鼾汤治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征，以达健脾益气、清肺化痰、活血化瘀之效，值得学习。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor WANG Huireng， one of the second group of national traditional Chinese medicine experts of academic experience inheritance and instruction， in the treatment of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. [Methods] This paper summarized Professor WANG Huireng‘s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome， expounded his clinical experience， summarized the composition， formula and effect of the empirical formula WANG’s Zhihan Decoction， and verified it through a typical medical case. [Results] Professor WANG believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is often associated with “phlegm and dampness”， and the evolution of the disease follows the spleen deficiency， phlegm dampness accumulated in the lung， phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance. The treatment principles are as follows: Clearing lung heat and relieving nasal orifices， treating lung and nose together; eliminating phlegm dampness and removing stasis， regulating both Qi and blood; combining syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation， considering the disease‘s root and symptoms， paying attention to daily care， giving consideration to prevention and treatment. Professor WANG formulates WANG’s Zhihan Decoction， which achieves good clinical effect every time. The case attached was a case of severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with phlegm dampness internal obstruction syndrome. WANG’s Zhihan Decoction was used to strengthen the spleen and dissolve phlegm as well as diffuse the lung and suppress snore. After two years of follow-up， the clinical symptoms and respiratory disorder index were significantly improved. [Conclusion] Professor WANG huireng uses WANG’s Zhihan Decoction to treat sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome， so as to strengthen the spleen and replenish Qi， clear the lung and eliminate phlegm， promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis， which is worth learning. |
