[目的] 探讨配戴口罩与鼻部高反应症状的相关性。[方法] 2020年2月随机抽取杭州公交车司机及医护人员,利用问卷调查收集被调查者基本信息,并填写鼻部高反应症状评分表,分析配戴口罩与鼻部高反应症状的相关性。[结果] 杭州公交车司机佩戴口罩后,鼻部高反应症状评分较疫情前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);司机鼻部高反应症状评分在规律佩戴口罩6个月时较3个月时明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。医护人员疫情前平均日配戴口罩时间4.2h,疫情后日配戴口罩时间>6h,日配戴口罩时间较疫情前明显增加。医护人员的鼻部高反应症状评分在规律佩戴口罩后较疫情前评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);医护人员规律佩戴口罩3个月时,鼻部高反应症状评分与1个月时比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。将杭州公交车司机与医护人员各阶段鼻部高反应症状评分行比较,结果示规律配戴口罩3个月时,杭州公交车司机的鼻部症状评分高于医护人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而其他时期(规律佩戴口罩前、1个月、6个月时)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。杭州公交车司机和杭州医护人员变应性鼻炎发病率为9.6%和10.1%。[结论] 规律佩戴口罩会在短时期内引起鼻部高反应症状增加,随着规律佩戴口罩时间的延长,鼻部高反应症状逐渐减少,但仍高于疫情前水平。日佩戴口罩时间延长影响佩戴口罩的舒适性。 |

[Objective] To explore the correlation between wearing mask and nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms.[Methods] This paper selected bus drivers and medical staff randomly from Hangzhou to collect the basic information of the respondents by questionnaire, filled in the nasal hyperresponsiveness symptom score table, and analyzed the correlation between wearing mask and nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms. [Results] After wearing mask, the score of nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms was higher than that before the epidemic(P<0.05,P<0.01); the score of nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms of drivers who regularly wear mask for 6 months was significantly lower than that of 3 months, which was statistically significant(P<0.01). The average daily wearing time of medical staff was 4.2h, and the time after epidemic was more than 6h. The daily time of wearing masks was significantly increased than before the epidemic. The score of nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms in the nose of medical staff was significantly higher than that before the epidemic after wearing mask regularly(P<0.05, P<0.01); the score of nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms was significantly lower than that of 1 month when the medical staff wore mask regularly for 3 months(P<0.01). The results showed that the nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms score of Hangzhou bus drivers was higher than that of medical staff when they were wearing mask for 3 months(P<0.01); there was no significant difference in other periods(P>0.05). The incidence rate of allergic rhinitis in Hangzhou bus drivers and Hangzhou medical staff was 9.6% and 10.1% respectively. [Conclusion] Regular wearing of mask can cause the increase of nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms in a short period of time. With the extension of regular wearing of mask, nasal hyperresponsiveness symptoms gradually decreased, but still higher than the level before the epidemic. The prolonged wearing time of mask affects the comfort of wearing mask. |
