| [目的] 探究从肾论治2型糖尿病合并轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment，MCI)的可行性，为2型糖尿病合并MCI的辨证及治疗思路提供参考。[方法] 通过对古今消渴病相关文献资料的分析和归纳，根据脏腑功能及关系，分析肾在本病中的地位，总结归纳出治疗本病的辨证和治疗要点。[结果] 以2型糖尿病的中医辨病辨证为基，总结出“肾本论”“肾虚论”，进一步得出2型糖尿病合并MCI的主病在肾，辨证应从肾入手，首辨肾阴虚、肾阳虚或肾阴阳两虚，再进行兼症辨治，治疗上应以补肾为主，辅以补气、化痰、逐瘀等。[结论] “肾虚”是2型糖尿病合并MCI发生发展的关键，从肾论治本病疗效可期，值得临床推广。 |

| [Objective] To explore the feasibility of treating type 2 diabetes with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) from the kidney， and provide references for the differentiation and treatment of type 2 diabetes with MCI. [Methods] By analyzing and summarizing the related literature data of ancient and modern diabetic diseases， according to the function and relationship of the internal organs， analyze the status of the kidney in the disease， and summarize the main points of syndrome differentiation and treatment of type 2 diabetes with MCI. [Results] Starting from the differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for type 2 diabetes， the “Kidney Theory” and “Kidney Deficiency Theory” are summarized， and it further concludes that the main cause of type 2 diabetes with MCI lies in the kidney. Syndrome differentiation should start with the kidney. First， differentiate kidney Yin deficiency， kidney Yang deficiency， or kidney Yin and Yang deficiency， and then perform concurrent syndrome differentiation and treatment. The treatment should be based on kidney tonification， supplemented by replenishing Qi， reducing phlegm， removing blood stasis， etc.[Conclusion] “Deficiency of the kidney” is the key of the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes with MCI. The therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetes with MCI based from the kidney can be expected， which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
