| [目的] 通过数据挖掘的方法，探究何若苹教授治疗围绝经期综合征的用药规律。[方法] 收集何师诊治围绝经期综合征的112首处方，提炼方药信息，建立相关数据库，分析药物使用频次及组方规律，运用数据挖掘的方法如关联规则分析法、系统聚类分析法等探究何师治疗围绝经期综合征的潜在用药规律。[结果] 收集的112首处方中涉及药物共173味，其中频次≥20次的中药28味。药物中使用频次以补虚药、清热药为高；药性多为温性，其次为寒、平性；药味以甘、苦、辛为主；归经中肝经最多，肾经次之，心脾胃再次之。关联规则分析表明常用药对有山茱萸和泽泻、生地和泽泻、生地和山茱萸、山药和泽泻、牡丹皮和泽泻、泽泻和山茱萸等。聚类分析高频药物可以得出6个核心药组，体现了何师在治疗围绝经期综合征多运用补益肝肾、疏肝理气、交通心肾、行气活血等治法。[结论] 何师治疗围绝经期综合征的临床经验丰富，以调补肝肾为主，兼阴阳并补、滋阴清热、补益心脾、养心安神、疏肝理气，多运用补虚药、清热药，药性多为甘苦。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the medication law of Professor HE Ruoping‘s treatment of perimenopausal syndrome based on the method of data mining. [Methods] This paper collected 112 prescriptions for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by Professor HE Ruoping， refined the information of medical records to extract prescription information， established a related database to analyze the frequency of drug use and prescription rules during the treatment of perimenopause， and used data mining methods such as association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis and so on to explore the potential medication law of Professor HE Ruoping in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. [Results] A total of 173 drugs were involved in the 112 prescriptions collected， of which 28 drugs had a frequency of ≥20 times. The frequency of drug use was high in tonic drugs and heat clearing drugs; the properties of the drugs are mostly warm， followed by cold and flat; the taste of the drugs was mainly sweet， bitter， and pungent; the liver meridian was the most common， followed by the kidney meridian， the heart， spleen and stomach. The association rule analysis showed that the commonly used drug pairs were Corni Fructus and Alismatis Rhizoma， Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and Alismatis Rhizoma， Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and Corni Fructus， Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Alismatis Rhizoma， Moutan Cortex and Alismatis Rhizoma， Alismatis Rhizoma and Corni Fructus， etc. Cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs led to 6 core drug groups， which reflected that in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome， Professor HE uses the methods of nourishing the liver and kidney， soothing the liver and regulating Qi， communicating the heart and kidney， and promoting Qi and blood circulation. [Conclusion] Professor HE Ruoping has rich clinical experience in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome， focusing on regulating and invigorating the liver and kidney， and tonifying both Yin and Yang， nourishing Yin and clearing heat， tonifying the heart and spleen， nourishing the heart and calming the mind， soothing the liver and regulating Qi. She mostly uses tonic drugs and heat clearing drugs， which are mostly sweet and bitter. |
