| [目的] 评价白虎银翘汤联合西医治疗方案对普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者的临床疗效。[方法] 采用前瞻性单臂临床研究设计，纳入2020年1月22日至12月31日嘉兴市第一医院新冠肺炎定点收治的普通型新冠肺炎患者，采用白虎银翘汤加减联合西医的方案进行治疗，观察患者新型冠状病毒核酸转阴和疾病转归情况、住院时间、治疗前后胸部电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography，CT)变化，并比较治疗前后临床症状体征评分、中医证候评分。[结果] 纳入36例患者，其中男性22例(占61.11%)，所有患者平均年龄(41.50±12.01)岁；境外输入病例10例(27.78%)，有既往史5例(13.89%)。36例患者新型冠状病毒核酸检测均转阴(100%)，中位转阴时间为10(5，23.75) d；所有患者均治愈出院，无患者转为重型，平均住院时间(18.53±8.77) d。与治疗前比较，治疗后患者发热、咳嗽、乏力评分均明显降低(P＜0.01)；与治疗前比较，治疗后胸闷、气促评分均降低(P＜0.05)。出院时胸部CT影像学好转率为86.11%(31/36)。[结论] 嘉兴市第一医院隔离病房采用白虎银翘汤联合西医治疗普通型新冠肺炎具有较好疗效，能够改善临床症状、减少重症或危重症的出现、缩短病毒核酸转阴时间、促进肺部炎症吸收。 |

| [Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baihu Yinqiao decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19). [Methods] The COVID-19 cases admitted to the First Hospital of Jiaxing common COVID-19 patients from January 22， 2020 to December 31， 2020 were enrolled in the prospective single arm clinical trial design. The patients were treated with modified Baihu Yinqiao decoction combined with western medicine. The change of 2019 novel coronavirus nucleic acid and disease prognosis， hospitalization time， clinical symptoms and signs score， chest imaging findings and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score were observed. [Results] Thirty-six patients were included in the analysis， including 22 males(61.11%) with an average age of (41.50±12.01) years， 10 imported cases(27.78%) and 5 patients(13.89%) with previous history. The 2019 novel coronavirus nucleic acid results of 36 patients turned negative(100%)， and the median negative time was 10(5， 23.75) days. All patients were cured and discharged from hospital， no patients turned to severe. The average length of stay was (18.53±8.77) d. Compared with before treatment， the scores of fever， cough and fatigue were significantly decreased after treatment(P＜0.01). Compared with before treatment， the scores of chest tightness and shortness of breath decreased after treatment(P＜0.05). The conversion rate of chest computed tomography(CT) image was 86.11%(31/36). [Conclusion] It has been proved to be effective in treating common COVID-19 with Baihu Yinqiao decoction combined with western medicine in isolation ward of the First Hospital of Jiaxing， which can relieve clinical symptoms， reduce the occurrence of severe or critical illness， shorten the time of virus nucleic acid conversion and promote the absorption of lung inflammation. |
