| [目的] 通过对中医古籍中揩齿乌发法文献的研究，为中医药临床诊治白发症提供依据。[方法] 检索《中华医典》以及中医古籍中以揩齿治疗白发的相关文献，建立数据库，采用SPSS 20.0统计软件，对药物进行频次统计。[结果] 共纳入书籍24部，方剂57首，药物121味，药物组成重在清热和补益，使用频次最高的药物是青盐，对药物的炮制颇有考究。揩齿乌发法的步骤为净齿后用生姜擦牙，蘸药末擦至牙热为度，揩齿后咽下津液，或取津液涂于发上。文献记载见效从一个月到百日不等，疗程中需注意饮食禁忌。[结论] 揩齿乌发法的理论基于发、齿、肾三位一体的关系，研究揩齿乌发可以为临床防治白发症提供借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of white hair syndrome with Chinese medicine， through study of the literature on method of hair blackening by scrubbing teeth in ancient Chinese medicine books. [Methods] The literature related to the treatment of white hair by scrubbing teeth was retrieved from Chinese Medical Code， as well as other ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine， and the database was established. SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to conduct frequency statistics of the herbs. [Results] A total of 24 books， 57 prescriptions and 121 herbs were included. The composition of herbs focused on clearing heat and tonifying， and the herb with the highest frequency of use was green salt， and it was quite exquisite in the processing. The procedure of scrubbing teeth to blacken hair method is to wipe the teeth with ginger after cleaning the teeth， dip in the herb powder until the teeth are hot， swallow the body fluid after wiping the teeth， or take the body fluid and apply it to the hair. The literature records that the effect varies from one month to 100 days， and dietary taboos should be paid attention to in the course of treatment. [Conclusion] The theoretical basis of method of hair blackening by scrubbing teeth is the trinity of hair， tooth and kidney. The study of hair blackening by scrubbing teeth can provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of white hair. |
