| [目的] 总结浙派中医儿科重视脾胃学术思想的历史源流，以及在脾胃学术思想基础上的临证运用特色。[方法] 通过对浙派中医儿科史料、相关中医古籍的仔细研读，并参阅现代浙派中医儿科名医的论文、论著，结合笔者对中医经典及中医学术的思考，总结、概括浙派中医儿科脾胃学术思想的历史源流及浙派中医儿科名医的临证运用特色。[结果] 浙派中医儿科继承了《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》及钱乙、朱丹溪、叶天士重视脾胃的学术思想。经研究提炼，浙派中医儿科重视脾胃学术思想在儿科临证运用的四大特色可归纳为:调补脾胃忌呆滞，临证用药宜轻灵，四旁诸疾治中洲，重视饮食有节制。[结论] 浙派中医儿科重视脾胃学术思想的临证运用特色对儿科临床具有较强的指导意义，对充实浙派中医儿科学术内涵起到了积极作用。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the historical origin of the academic thought of attaching importance to the spleen and stomach in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of Zhejiang school and the characteristics of clinical application based on the academic thought of spleen and stomach. [Methods] Through looking up the historical data about pediatrics of TCM of Zhejiang school， carefully reading the ancient books and referring to the academic papers works of pediatrics of TCM in modern Zhejiang school， combined with the author‘s reflection on TCM classics and science， this paper summarized the historical origin of the academic thought of spleen and stomach and the characteristics of clinical application of famous doctors of pediatrics of TCM of Zhejiang school. [Results] The pediatrics of TCM of Zhejiang school inherited the academic thoughts of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor， Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and QIAN Yi， ZHU Danxi and YE Tianshi. After the research， the clinical application characteristics of the academic thought of attaching importance to the spleen and stomach in pediatrics of TCM of Zhejiang school are as follows: Avoid dullness when regulating the spleen and stomach， clinically prescribed drugs which have the light and flexible characteristics， many other diseases can be treated by treating the spleen and stomach， laying emphasis on eating in moderation. [Conclusion] The pediatrics of TCM of Zhejiang school attaches great importance to the clinical application of the academic thoughts of the spleen and stomach， which has a strong guiding significance in clinical practice， and has played a positive role in enriching the academic connotation. |
