| [目的] 总结丛慧芳教授治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis，EMs)经验。[方法] 通过随师抄方侍诊，总结丛师运用伏寒、络病理论治疗寒凝血瘀型EMs的临证思路及治法方药，并附验案一则加以佐证。[结果] 丛师认为“伏寒伤肾，致瘀损络”是寒凝血瘀型EMs的核心病机，伏寒之源可归纳为先天之寒、胎传之寒、自感之寒，而瘀阻络脉为EMs病理结局及复发宿根，故确立温经通络、祛瘀止痛的治则，临证时攻补兼施，祛邪扶正除宿根；善用虫药，消癥散结缓剧痛；内服外治，增强疗效通瘀滞。所附验案中患者确诊为EMs，丛师辨为寒凝血瘀证，治以温经通络、祛瘀止痛，方以少腹逐瘀汤加减，疗效可观。[结论] 丛师认为，伏寒潜藏、瘀阻冲任胞络与本病反复发作密切相关，治疗上应标本兼顾、温通并行，临床屡有效验。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the experience of Professor CONG Huifang in treating endometriosis (EMs) of cold coagulation and blood stasis type. [Methods] Through studying after Professor CONG in clinic and copying the prescription， this paper summarized Professor CONG's clinical ideas， treatment methods and prescriptions for the treatment of EMs of cold coagulation and blood stasis by applying the theory of latent cold and collateral disease， with a verification case attached. [Results] Professor CONG believes that “latent cold hurting the kidney and causing stasis and damaging collateral” is the core pathogenesis of EMs of cold coagulation and blood stasis. The sources of latent cold could be summarized as congenital cold， cold in fetal transmission and in self-sensation， and the stasis-obstructing collaterals are the pathological outcome and recurrent perennial root of EMs. Therefore， the therapeutic principles of warming meridians， dredging collaterals， removing stasis and relieving pain are established. In clinic， both attack and supplement methods are adopted to eliminate pathogenic factors and strengthen vital Qi; insect drugs are used to dissipate mass and relieve severe pain; internal and external treatments are combined to enhance the efficacy and remove stasis and stagnation. In the attached case， the patient was diagnosed as EMs， and Professor CONG identified as the cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. The treatment was to warm meridians， dredge collaterals， remove stasis and relieve pain， and modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction had a significant effect. [Conclusion] Professor CONG believes that latent cold and blood stasis obstructing Chong Ren uterus collaterals are closely related to the recurrent attack of this disease， and adopts the therapeutic method of treating both manifestation and root causes as well as warming and dredging meridians， which has been proved effective repeatedly in clinical practice. |
