[目的] 分析何廉臣对鲜药相关内容的认识和阐述,总结其使用鲜药的用药特点和学术思想,以期能更好地为现代临床鲜药的应用提供参考。[方法] 在《重订广温热论》《湿温时疫治疗法》《增订通俗伤寒论》3本著作中,以“鲜”“汁”“活”“露”为检索词进行逐一筛选,对照《中华本草》《中药大辞典》,规范鲜药名称,分析其性味归经,进而对鲜药的性味、归经进行统计分析,并归纳总结出何氏的用药特点及学术思想。[结果] 共检索出66味鲜药。性味方面,何氏所述的鲜药以寒性药物为主,且以甘味、苦味、辛味居多,体现了何氏善治温病的临床特色;归经方面,以足阳明胃经最为频繁,其后依次为手太阴肺经、足厥阴肝经、手少阴心经、足太阴脾经,这与何氏认为伏火多发于脾胃,喜用归胃经的鲜药有关。结合何氏的治温八法,上述结果证实其对鲜药的运用符合其善用轻灵之品的特点。[结论] 何廉臣善用鲜药治热病,重视伏气温病的理论,认为鲜药具有药性轻灵平稳、清热而不伤阴、补而不腻的特点,并在其创立的治温八法广泛应用了鲜药。 |

[Objective] To analyze the understanding and elaboration of HE Lianchen on the relevant contents of fresh herbs, and summarize his prescription characteristics and academic ideas of using fresh herbs, so as to better provide reference for the application of modern clinical fresh herbs. [Methods] Screening one by one was performed by using the Keywords of “fresh” “juice” “live” and “dew” in the three works of Reordered Edition of Warm Epidemics Expanded, Treatment of Damp-warm Epidemics and Enlarged Edition of Popular Treatise on Common Febrile Disease. The names of fresh herbs were standardized according to Chinese Materia Medica and Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Pharmacy. Further analysis was carried out on nature and flavor and channel tropism of fresh herbs, followed by the statistical analysis of corresponding nature and flavor and channel tropism, and summary of the prescription characteristics and academic thought of HE Lianchen. [Results] A total of 66 fresh herbs were retrieved finally. In terms of nature and flavor, the fresh herbs described by HE Lianchen were mainly cold drugs, and most of which were sweet, bitter and acrid in taste, reflecting the clinical characteristics that HE Lianchen was skillful in the treatment of febrile diseases. In the aspect of channel tropism, the most frequent meridian was the Stomach Channel of Foot-Yangming, followed by the Lung Channel of Hand-Taiyin, the Liver Channel of Foot-Jueyin, the Heart Channel of Hand-Shaoyin, and the Spleen Channel of Foot-Taiyin, which was related to HE's belief that the latent fire occurred mostly in the spleen and stomach, resulting in a preference for using fresh herbs with stomach-channel tropism. Combined with HE Lianchen's eight methods of treating febrile diseases, it was found that the use of fresh herbs was in line with his prescription characteristics and preference of using light diaphoretic prescriptions with obvious effects. [Conclusion] HE Lianchen was good at using fresh herbs to treat febrile diseases and attached importance to the theory of epidemic febrile disease caused by insidious pathogenic factors. He believed that fresh herbs had the characteristics of light, effective and stable drug properties, clearing heat without damaging Yin, and tonifying but not greasy. Besides, HE Lianchen applied fresh herbs widely to his self-created eight methods of treating febrile diseases. |
