| [目的] 通过系列研究，论证“和合”思想在中医药院校治理中的应用价值。 [方法] 通过文献研究、对照研究及相关性研究的方法，对浙江中医药大学应用“和合”思想培养中医药人才的成效进行评价，以期论证“和合”思想在校园治理中发挥的积极作用。[结果] 对2019和2020年本科和本硕两类中医学水平测试考生的总成绩进行对比，提示2020年学生的水平测试总成绩相较2019年更高，整体呈现上升态势；本硕连读考生相较于同年级的本科考生总成绩更高。对2017和2018年考生在执业医师分阶段考试中的理论和实践成绩进行相关对照研究，结果提示2018年相较2017年，考生的理论和实践考核成绩相关度更高，据此推测考生知识能力的转化率还有提升的可能。通过对学校2011至2020年中医类执业医师考试结果研究发现，通过率整体呈逐年上升趋势。 [结论] 浙江中医药大学以“和合”思想为指导，梳理院校治理中存在的问题，厘清传承与创新的辩证关系，有效化解教育管理中的冲突矛盾，充分发掘“和合”文化的智慧价值，为中医药文化的继承发扬以及现代化中医药高素质人才的培养，作出了有益的探索和贡献，值得进一步的应用与研究。 |

| [Objective] To demonstrate the application value of concordance thought in the management of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) universities and colleges through a series of studies. [Methods] By means of literature study， control study and correlation study， this paper evaluated the effectiveness of the application of concordance thought in training TCM talents in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University， in order to demonstrate the positive role of concordance thought in campus governance. [Results] By comparing the total scores of Chinese medicine proficiency test candidates in 2019 and 2020， it was found that the total scores of Chinese medicine proficiency test students in 2020 were higher than those in 2019， showing an overall upward trend. The total score of undergraduate candidates was higher than that of undergraduate candidates in the same grade. Through the correlation control study on the theoretical and practical test scores of candidates in 2017 and 2018， it was found that the theoretical and practical test scores of candidates in 2018 were more correlated than those of candidates in 2017， so it was speculated that the conversion rate of candidates‘ knowledge-ability may be improved. Through the study on the examination results of TCM practitioners in the school from 2011 to 2020， it was found that the overall passing rate was on the rise year by year. [Conclusion] With concordance thought as the managing instruction of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University， the problems existing in the college governance has been found， dialectical relation of inheritance and innovation has been clarified， and the conflict of education management has been effectively resolved， the wisdom of concordance culture value is fully tapped， the succession of TCM culture is carried forward， and the beneficial exploration and contributions to cultivation of high-quality talents are made for， as well as the modernization of TCM， which is worthy of further application and research. |
