| [Objective] To analyze the research status， hotspots and frontiers of Chinese journals in the research field of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine and psychotherapy in the past 30 years by CiteSpace software. [Methods] China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database was used to search Chinese journals articles published in Chinese and western medicine and psychotherapy for the treatment of PTSD from January 1， 1991 to June 30， 2021. CiteSpace 5.8.R1 was used to draw a map of the collaboration network of authors and institutions， as well as a knowledge map of Keywords co-occurrence， clustering， timeline and emergence， and data analysis was performed. [Results] A total of 749 Chinese journal articles are included. Among them， ZHANG Hong， who is dedicated to researching acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for PTSD， has published the most articles， and the collaborative team represented by him has the highest network density. The main research institutions are Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Xijing Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University， West China Hospital of Sichuan University， etc. The keyword co-occurrence network has 127 nodes and 152 connections， mainly forming 8 clusters. High-frequency Keywords include “post-traumatic stress disorder”“psychological intervention”“nursing intervention”， etc. The three Keywords with the strongest citation bursts are “post-earthquake” “psychological intervention” and “COVID-19”. [Conclusion] At present， PTSD treatment and research hotspots still mainly involve psychotherapy and western medical treatment. With its unique syndrome differentiation thinking， personalized treatment， and long-term stability and other significant advantages， TCM has been concerned by more and more scholars， and the research interest in TCM is gradually increasing， and it is expected to become hotspot of future research. |
