| [目的] 探讨国家级名老中医王会仍教授治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的用药规律。 [方法] 收集2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日浙江省中医院王教授门诊治疗的支气管哮喘慢性持续期有效病例295例，将医案进行标准化处理，运用Microsoft Office Excel 2007软件建立医案数据库，运用中国中医科学院“古今医案云平台”，对用药等进行描述性统计分析，对高频药物进行关联规则分析及聚类分析；运用Liquorice软件对所有中药进行复杂网络分析。 [结果] 共纳入295例有效病例，涉及155味中药、使用频次5 733次，其中使用频次≥27的中药有40味。关联规则分析表明，常用药对有徐长卿和蝉蜕、黄芩和蜜麻黄、鱼腥草和肺形草。高频药物聚类分析得出6个核心药组，表明王教授治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期多运用清肺化痰平喘、益气健脾安神等治法。药物复杂网络分析得出1首具有清肺化痰、止咳平喘，益气健脾、活血祛风等功效的核心处方。[结论] 王会仍教授治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期用药寒温并用，扶正与祛邪并进，扶正分清肺脾肾三脏主次，祛邪首重行气化痰，兼以祛风通窍、解郁安神、活血祛瘀等，临证疗效显著，值得推广及应用。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the medication rule of the state-level famous old Chinese medical doctor Professor WANG Huireng in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma. [Methods] It collected 295 effective cases of chronic persistent bronchial asthma treated by Professor WANG in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine outpatient clinic from January 1， 2018 to December 31， 2020， standardized the medical records， used Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software to build a medical record database， used the “Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform” of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences to perform descriptive statistical analysis on drug use， and correlation analysis and cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs; used Liquorice software to perform complex network analysis of all Chinese drugs. [Results] There were 295 effective cases， a total of 155 Chinese drugs and 5 733 usage frequencies were involved， among them， there were 40 Chinese drugs with usage frequencies≥27. Correlation analysis showed that the commonly used drug pairs were Cynanchum paniculatum and Periostracum cicada， Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and honey-prepared Ephedra， Cordate houttuynia and Teucrium viscidum. The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs yielded 6 core drug groups， which reflected that Professor WANG uses the methods of clearing the lungs， resolving phlegm and relieving asthma， nourishing Qi， strengthening the spleen and calming the mind in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma. The complex network analysis of the drug obtained a core prescription with the functions of clearing the lung and resolving phlegm， relieving cough and relieving asthma， nourishing Qi and strengthening the spleen， promoting blood circulation and expelling wind. [Conclusion] Professor WANG Huireng treats chronic persistent bronchial asthma with the combination of cold and warm drugs， strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens going hand in hand， strengthening the body to distinguish the primary and secondary organs of the lungs， spleen and kidney， eliminating the pathogens focusing on Qi and resolving phlegm， combined with expelling wind and clearing the orifices， relieving depression and calming the mind， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， etc. The clinical efficacy is significant， and it is worthy of promotion and application. |
