| [目的] 总结分析王永钧教授(以下尊称王老)辨治肾风病思路。[方法] 通过随师侍诊，整理总结典型医案，基于医案解构王老辨治肾风病的因、机、证、治思路。[结果] 遴选的两则医案分别以尿检异常和血肌酐升高为主要表现，均为王老诊治肾风病的典型代表，以虚、瘀或风湿为基本证候。治疗上王老以黄芪系列组方调整肾之阴阳气血，并主张从脉络不和、死血凝着和肾内微癥积三个层次论治肾络瘀痹证；对于风湿活动者，则积极祛风胜湿以阻抑肾风病进展，并重视病后防复。 [结论] 王老常从虚、瘀、风湿论治肾风病，经验独到，疗效卓著，值得同道借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize and analyze the clinical experiences of Professor WANG Yongjun in treating kidney-wind disease.[Methods] Through following Professor WANG‘s outpatient work and collecting typical medical cases， Professor WANG‘s thinking of etiology， pathogenesis， syndrome and treatment about kidney-wind disease were analyzed based on these cases. [Results] Two cases were recorded， the main clinical manifestations in one patient were abnormal urine tests， another was within increased blood creatinine， both of them were the typical medical cases of kidney-wind disease treated by Professor WANG， which had deficiency， blood stasis or wind-damp internal disturbance as basic syndromes. The treatment view of Professor WANG is to adjust the kidney Yin and Yang， Qi and blood by taking orally compound Astragalus membranaceus(Huangqi). Professor WANG also advocates to treat the kidney collaterals stasis syndrome by three levels according to the venation disharmony， the dead blood coagulation， and the internal microaccumulation of the kidney. In addition， it‘s important to expell wind and remove dampness in order to inhibit the progress of kidney-wind if wind-damp disturbs the kidney. He also pays attention to post-disease prevention. [Conclusion] Professor WANG Yongjun has special experience and remarkable curative effect in the treatment of kidney-wind disease from deficiency， blood stasis and wind-damp internal disturbance， which is worth learning from. |
