| [目的] 探讨全国名老中医学术经验指导老师何若苹运用中医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的经验。 [方法] 通过侍诊学习、查阅文献，记录和整理何师治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临证经验，对其调治特色和用药规律予以总结，并通过案例分析进一步阐述何师的诊治特色。[结果] 何师认为，盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的病机以正虚为本，肝郁瘀阻为标，可分为湿热瘀阻证、肝郁血虚证、肝郁肾虚证、寒凝血瘀证、血瘀水停证等，临证时以血水同治、顾护脾胃、疏调情志为要，扶正与祛邪并重。文中所附医案，何师辨为湿热瘀阻证，治以清热利湿、化瘀止痛为主，选用龙胆泻肝汤加减，疗效颇好。[结论] 何师治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症以水湿、瘀血、正虚为切入点，根据临床症候不同，灵活遣方，缓解临床症状、提高生活质量效果明显，值得推广学习。 |

| [Objective] To explore the experience of HE Ruoping， a national famous and old academic experience instructor of traditional Chinese medicine， in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases. [Methods] Through attending study and consulting literature， recording and sorting out Professor HE‘s clinical experience in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease， her treatment characteristics and medication rules were summarized， and her diagnosis and treatment characteristics was further expounded through case analysis. [Results] Professor HE believes that the pathogenesis of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease takes deficiency of vital energy as root cause， and liver depression and blood stasis as manifestation. It can be divided into damp heat and blood stasis syndrome， liver depression and blood deficiency syndrome， liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome， cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome， blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome. In clinical syndrome， it is important to treat blood and water together， take care of the spleen and stomach， dredge emotions， and pay equal attention to strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil. In the attached medical case， Professor HE identified the syndrone as damp heat and blood stasis， and the treatment mainly focused on clearing heat and dampness， removing blood stasis and relieving pain. Added and subtracted Longdan Xiegan decoction was adopted， and the curative effect was quite good. [Conclusion] Professor HE treats the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases by taking water dampness， blood stasis and vital energy deficiency as the starting point. According to the different clinical symptoms of patients， she can flexibly assign prescriptions. It has obvious effects on relieving patients‘ clinical symptoms and improving quality of life. Professor HE‘s experience is worth popularizing and learning. |
