| [目的] 总结新安医家胡国俊治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)的临床经验。[方法] 通过临床跟师、临证记录、分析病例以及参阅文献，从病因病机、临证治疗特色、药物使用特色三个层面总结胡老治疗新冠肺炎的临床经验，并附医案佐证。 [结果] 胡老强调舌诊在新冠肺炎患者四诊信息采集中的重要作用，认为湿邪是新冠肺炎主要的致病因素，提出“肺脾肾三脏分消”治湿之法，针对新冠肺炎临床常见的干咳、发热症状，倡导“分期治咳”，强调明辨干咳病因，分清寒热虚实，临证善用虫蚁类药物治咳，常用石膏、附子、黄芩、黄连等药配伍退热，疗效确切。所举医案中患者以低热为主要表现，胡老以清热祛湿为主，兼顾病久脾胃亏损、气阴暗耗的病证特点，立法周全，应手取效。[结论] 胡老通过诊、辨、治、药四个环节，精准把握病因病机，治法明确，药物配伍特色鲜明，疗效显著。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Xin‘an medical practitioner HU Guojun‘s clinical experience in the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19). [Methods] Through following Master HU’s clinical work， recording， analyzing medical records and referring to literature， Master HU’s clinical experience in the treatment of COVID-19 was summarized from the three aspects: etiology and pathogenesis， clinical treatment characteristics， and drug use characteristics， and one typical medical case was listed as evidence. [Results] Master HU emphasizes the important role of tongue diagnosis in the collection of four diagnostic information of patients with COVID-19， and considers that damp pathogen is the main pathogenic factor of COVID-19. Master HU proposes the method of “Through the ways of lungs， spleen and kidneys to dispel dampness”. He advocates treating cough by stages and emphasizes to clarify the etiology of dry cough and distinguish cold and heat， deficiency and excess of cough. He is good at treating cough with insect drugs， often uses Gypsum Fibrosum， Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.， Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi， Coptis chinensis Franch to treat fever， and achieves obvious curative effect. In the medical case， the main symptom of the patient was low fever， Master HU took clearing heat and removing dampness as the main treatment method， taking into account the characteristics of long-term disease， which was loss of spleen and stomach， and consumption of Qi and Yin. The treating method was comprehensive， so it could take effect. [Conclusion] Through the four links of diagnosis， differentiation， treatment and drug， Master HU accurately grasps the etiology and pathogenesis， the treatment method is clear， the drug compatibility features are distinctive， and the curative effect is remarkable. |
