| [目的] 总结龙江韩氏妇科治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency，POI)的临证经验。[方法] 通过跟师学习，收集整理和总结分析龙江韩氏妇科基于“肝肾学说”对POI病因病机的认识，阐述本病的治疗方案，并举验案加以分析。[结果] “肝肾学说”是韩百灵先生八十年代提出的独创理论，认为妇人以肝肾为本，以精血为用。韩氏以肝肾学说为基础，运用于POI的辨治，认为POI的主要病因是肾水不足、肝失疏泄，采用滋水涵木、调理冲任法，顺应月经周期的时序性，结合患者体质，辨病、辨证、辨体，运用韩氏经验方——百灵育阴汤、补肾活血调冲汤，分期调治，灵活化裁。所举医案辨证属肾虚肝郁，韩氏从补肾填精、疏肝养血、活血调经着手，结合周期治疗，辨证论治，终获良效。[结论] 龙江韩氏妇科基于“肝肾学说”，对POI病因病机的认识及治疗均具有独到见解，为中医药治疗POI提供了新思路和新方法，临床疗效显著，值得学习效法。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Longjiang HAN’s gynecology in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI). [Methods] Through learning from teachers， collecting and sorting out data， Longjiang HAN’s Gynecology‘s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of POI was summarized and analyzed based on the“liver and kidney theory”， and the treatment scheme of this disease was elaborated， and an empirical case was presented to analyze. [Results] The “liver and kidney theory” was an original theory put forward by HAN Bailing in the 1980s. He believes that women are based on liver and kidney and essence and blood are important. Based on “liver and kidney theory”， HAN’s theory is applied to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of POI. It is believed that the main cause of POI is kidney fluid deficiency and liver dysfunction. HAN adopts the methods of nourishing the liver and kidney， conditioning Chong-Ren， conforming to the timing of menstrual cycle， concerning the patient‘s constitution， distinguishing disease， syndrome and body， and using empirical prescriptions Bailing Yuyin Decoction and Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction by stages and flexible. The case was syndrome differentiated as kidney deficiency and liver depression， and the treatment methods included tonifying the kidney and essence， soothing the liver and nourishing blood， promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation， combined with periodic treatment and syndrome differentiation， and finally achieved good results. [Conclusion] Based on the “liver and kidney theory”， Longjiang HAN’s Gynecology has unique opinions on the etiology， pathogenesis and treatment scheme of POI， and provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of POI with traditional Chinese medicine. It has remarkable clinical curative effect， which is worth learning from. |
