      [目的] 研究《食宪鸿秘》一书的食疗养生思想。 [方法] 筛选清代学者朱彝尊所撰写《食宪鸿秘》一书中关于食疗的相关内容,分析归纳其特点和食疗保健作用,并总结其养生思想。 [结果] 《食宪鸿秘》内容丰富,涵盖了诸多佳肴美馔的制作方法及其相应的食疗保健作用,是中国丰富饮食文化和中医药养生保健的缩影。书中蕴含诸多朱彝尊关于食疗养生的理念见解,其食疗养生思想主要包括以下几点:饮食养生,味法自然;取材广泛,食求精洁;谨和五味,顾护脾胃;饮食有节,应合适度;饮食合宜,注重宜忌。[结论] 《食宪鸿秘》书中这些养生思想对当今食疗养生研究具有一定借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To study the dietotherapy and health preservation ideas of the book Shixian Hongmi. [Methods] To screen the relevant contents of dietotherapy in the Shixian Hongmi written by ZHU Yizun, a scholar of the Qing Dynasty, analyze and summarize its characteristics and the role of dietotherapy and health care, and summarize its health thoughts. [Results] Shixian Hongmi is rich in content, covering the production methods of many delicacies and its corresponding therapeutic and health care effect, which is the epitome of China‘s rich food culture and traditional Chinese medicine health care. The book contains ZHU Yizun‘s ideas on diet and health, the idea of diet and health is mainly the following: diet health, natural taste; wide range of materials, purity food; reconciling the five flavors strictly, taking care of the spleen and stomach; diet should be moderate and appropriate; diet should be appropriate, paying attention to the taboo. [Conclusion] These health preservation ideas in Shixian Hongmi are of some reference to the study of diet health.
