      [目的] 研究团队学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学法结合翻转课堂在提升《金匮要略》课程教学效果中的应用。 [方法] 2021年9月至2022年1月,选择2018级中医学专业2班29人为实验班,开展TBL教学法结合翻转课堂;并以2018级中医学专业1班32人作为对照班,采用传统教学方法。比较两班学生期末成绩,并分析实验班同学开展TBL结合翻转课堂的成效。[结果] 实验班的期末成绩明显高于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验班学生TBL成效优于个人学习,且普遍认为TBL教学法结合翻转课堂模式有助于提高学习积极性、学习兴趣,促进对知识的理解,并有助于提升杂病辨治思维能力。[结论] TBL教学法结合翻转课堂在《金匮要略》课程中的应用有助于提高教学效果,提升学生临床思维能力。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To study the application of team-based learning(TBL) teaching method combined with flipped classroom in improving the teaching effect of the course Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. [Methods] From September 2021 to January 2022, 29 students of 2018 Grade Traditional Chinese Medicine major were selected as experimental class, TBL teaching method combined with flipped classroom was carried out; 32 students of 2018 Grade Traditional Chinese Medicine major were selected as control class. The final grades of the two classes were compared and the effectiveness of team learning combined with flipped classroom was carried out by the students in the experimental class. [Results] The final grade of experimental class was significantly higher than that of control class(P<0.05). The team learning effect of students in experimental class is better than individual learning. It is generally agreed that TBL teaching method combined with flipped classroom can help improving learning enthusiasm and interest, promoting the understanding of knowledge and the ability of syndrome differentiation and treatment. [Conclusion] The application of TBL teaching method combined with flipped classroom in the course of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is helpful to improving the teaching effect and students‘ clinical thinking ability.
