      [目的] 为“丹溪学派”的研究传承与发展提供可供参考的新途径,提升中医住院医师规范化培训质量,为中医药人才的现代化培养提供可供借鉴的新方法。[方法] 在分析现行中医住院医师规范化培训模式所存在问题的基础上,开展以“丹溪学派”情景模拟教学门诊、“丹溪学派”教学查房、“丹溪学派”理论教学与线上课程、“丹溪学派”学术沙龙活动为主要内容,基于“丹溪学派”师承培养的中医住院医师规培模式改革与实践探索。在研究过程中采用360度迷你临床演练(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)评价和客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)等多种方式,对接受“丹溪学派”师承培养的学员和未接受“丹溪学派”师承培养的学员进行考核和评价,根据考试和评价结果,总结基于“丹溪学派”学术传承的中医住院医师规范化培训模式的优势,进行基于“丹溪学派”学术传承的中医住院医师规范化培训效果分析。[结果] 形成了基于“丹溪学派”传承培养的中医住院医师规范化培训模式,该模式明显优于普通规范化培训模式,不仅能够显著提升中医住院医师规范化培训人才培养效果,培育“丹溪学派”特色明显的高质量师资团队,同时也推动了“丹溪学派”的研究、传承与发展。[结论] 将地方医学流派教学融入到中医住院医师规范化培训中去,不仅可以开辟出地方医学流派传承的新模式,对中医各地方流派学术传承与发展起到借鉴作用,也能为中医药人才的现代化培养提供参考信息和新的思路。

      [Objective] To provide a new way for the research inheritance and development of “Danxi school”, improve the quality of standardized training for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) residents, and provide a new method for the modernization training of TCM talents. [Methods] Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current standardized training mode for TCM residents, the reform and practical exploration of the mode of training of TCM residents based on “Danxi school” was carried out, which mainly included the “Danxi school” scene simulation teaching clinic, the “Danxi school” teaching rounds,“Danxi school” theoretical teaching and online courses, and “Danxi school” academic salon activities. The students who were trained by the“Danxi school” and the students who were not trained by the “Danxi school” were evaluated and evaluated by means of 360-degree mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) evaluation and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE). According to the results of assessment and evaluation, the advantages of the TCM resident training mode based on the academic inheritance of the“Danxi school” were summarized. Based on the academic inheritance of “Danxi school”, the reform effect of the standardized training mode for TCM residents was analyzed. [Results] Based on “Danxi school”, a standardized training model for TCM residents has been formed, which is significantly superior to the general training model, and can not only significantly improve the effect of standardized training for TCM residents, the cultivation of “Danxi school” not only featured high-quality teachers team, but also promote“Danxi school” of research, inheritance and development. [Conclusion] To integrate the teaching of local medical schools into the standardized training of TCM residents can not only open up a new mode for the inheritance of local medical schools, but also serve as a reference for the academic inheritance and development of local schools of TCM, and provide reference information and new ideas for the modernization training of TCM talents.
