| [目的] 探讨连建伟教授辨治紫癜的临床经验。[方法] 通过跟诊学习的方法，收集连教授辨治紫癜的典型医案，并结合按语加以分析，探讨连教授辨治紫癜的临床特色。 [结果] 通过补中益气法、气血双补法、引血归脾法、清热凉血法、活血化瘀法、滋水清木法等六法合并诊疗的验案，论述连教授运用中医理论方法治疗紫癜的经验，总结并加以分析整理。因气虚无力摄血，血溢脉外引起的紫癜，连教授治气，拟补中益气法；因气血两虚引起的紫癜，连教授治以气血双补法；因脾不统血引起的紫癜，连教授治血，拟引血归脾法；因实热阻滞，热盛动血引起的紫癜，连教授治火，拟清火滋阴法；因瘀血阻络引起的紫癜，连教授治血，拟活血化瘀法。因肝肾阴虚，肝郁血热引起的紫癜，连教授气、火同治，调肝气、平阴火、滋肝肾之阴。连教授临证治疗紫癜，辨治准确，选方得体，用药灵活，功专效宏。[结论] 连教授融古贯今，博采众方，以治火、治气、治血为原则论治紫癜，疗效确切。 |

| [Objective] To explore the clinical experience of Professor LIAN Jianwei in treating purpura. [Methods] Through consultation and collecting Professor LIAN’s typical medical cases of purpura and analysis in conjunction with comments， this paper explores the clinical features of Professor LIAN‘s treatment of purpura. [Results] Through the method of tonifying the middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi， nourishing Qi and blood， introducing blood transfusion back to the spleen， clearing away heat and cooling blood， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， nourishing the liver and kidney and other six methods combined with the medical case， this paper discusses Professor LIAN‘s experience in the treatment of purpura， summarizes and analyzes. Because of Qi deficiency and inability to take blood， blood overflow caused by purpura， Professor LIAN used the method of tonifying the middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi. Purpura caused by the deficiency of Qi and blood， Professor LIAN treated with nourishing Qi and blood. Purpura caused by spleen failure to control blood， Professor LIAN treated with introducing blood transfusion back to the spleen. Purpura caused by blockage of excess heat and hot perturbation of blood flow， Professor LIAN used the method of clearing fire and nourishing Yin. Purpura caused by blood stasis， Professor LIAN used the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Purpura caused by liver and kidney Yin deficiency， liver depression and blood fever， Professor LIAN used the methods of simultaneous treatment of Qi and fire， adjust liver Qi， calm down Yin fire， moist the Yin of liver and kidney. Professor LIAN temporary treatment of purpura is accurate in syndrome differentiation and treatment， appropriate in prescription selection， flexible in medication， and has made great achievements. [Conclusion] Professor LIAN integrates the ancient and the present， learned from others， with the principle of treating fire， Qi and blood as the treatment of purpura， the curative effect is exact. |
