| [目的] 总结孙远征教授治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍的临床经验。 [方法] 通过跟师学习，总结病毒感染后嗅觉障碍的病因病机及发病机制，分析孙师对本病的辨治思路，明病位、定病经，辨证选穴遣针，以及孙师治疗本病的独到之处，并通过病案加以验证。[结果] 孙师认为，本病病机为正气内伐而虚邪贼风趁势侵袭，卫表被郁，肺失宣降，壅塞清道，经脉不畅，鼻失香臭，终发此病。病毒感染后，临床感冒症状虽已缓解，但人体正气虚弱，加之病毒易侵袭嗅上皮或嗅神经，致使神经传导减弱、中断或消失。治疗以疏通经络气机、明确病变脏腑为法，采取“头针总调，局部疏通，远端配合”的整体治法，注重保健要穴的重要性。文中所附为病毒感染后嗅觉障碍病案，运用整体治法，辨为失嗅，治以补益肺气、通鼻化痰，临床疗效显著，用针少而精，随访半年未复发。[结论] 孙师运用“头针总调，局部疏通，远端配合”的整体治法治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍，体现了针刺治疗本病的优势所在，临床疗效较好，值得推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor SUN Yuanzheng‘s experience in the treatment of postviral olfactory dysfunction(PVOD). [Methods] Through learning from the teacher，the etiology，pathogenesis and pathogenesis of PVOD were summarized， and Professor SUN’s ideas on the differentiation and treatment of the disease were analyzed， including the location of the disease， the diagnosis of the disease， the selection of acupuncture points based on syndrome differentiation， and Professor SUN‘s unique treatment of the disease， which were verified by one medical record. [Results] Professor SUN believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is the internal attack of healthy Qi and the invasion of the evil wind， the defensive exterior is depressed， the lung fails in both dispersing and descending， the meridians are blocked， then the nose cannot distinguish the smell， which eventually leads to this disease. After virus infection， although the clinical cold symptoms have been alleviated， the healthy Qi of human body is weak，and the virus is easy to invade the olfactory epithelium or olfactory nerve， resulting in the weakening， interruption or disappearance of nerve transmission. The treatment is to dredge the meridian Qi movement and identify the diseased viscera， adopt the overall treatment method of“scalp acupuncture general adjustment， local dredging， distal cooperation”， and pay attention to the importance of health care. In this paper， the case of PVOD was identified as loss of smell by holistic treatment， which was treated by tonifying the lung Qi， clearing nose and resolving phlegm， few needles were used， and during the follow-up for half a year， there was no recurrence and the clinical effect was remarkable. [Conclusion] Professor SUN uses the whole treatment method of“scalp acupuncture general adjustment， local dredging， distal cooperation” in the treatment of PVOD， leads to good clinical effect， and reflects the advantage of acupuncture in the treatment of this disease， which is worth popularizing and applying. |
