| [目的] 从“三因制宜”角度阐述浙派中医儿科的学术特色。[方法] 运用史料考证、文献分析、名家走访等方法，以“因地、因人、因时制宜”为切入点，探究浙派中医儿科根据地理环境、人文形质、时令季节的不同，采用相应的治法，由此形成的学术特色。[结果] 浙派中医儿科从浙江地域环境及疾病发病特点出发，对温热疾病多有发挥，善用清热；围绕浙江人群形质特点，注重阴虚形质，继承发扬先贤的滋阴理论，擅长滋阴；以《时病论》为代表，开启时病诊治研究，并创新使用四时穴位贴敷、冬令膏方等，内外合治，充分发挥治未病理念。[结论] 浙派中医儿科因地制宜，重视温热疾病，善用清热之法；因人制宜，注重人群形质，擅长益气养阴；因时制宜，强调未病先防，运用内外合治。 |

| [Objective] To expound the academic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pediatrics of Zhejiang school from “treatment in accordance with three categories of etiological factors”. [Methods] Using the methods of textual research of historical materials， literature analysis and visits of famous experts， and taking“adjusting measures to local conditions， people and time” as the starting point， this paper explored the treatment characteristics of TCM pediatrics of Zhejiang school according to the different geographical environments， humanistic constitution and seasons. [Results] The TCM pediatrics of Zhejiang school makes good use of the method of clearing away heat from the regional environment and disease characteristics of Zhejiang Province; focuses on the physical characteristics of Zhejiang people， pays attention to Yin deficiency constitution， inherits the Yin nourishing theory of sages， and is good at nourishing Yin; takes the theory of “seasonal diseases” as the representative， starts the research on the diagnosis and treatment of seasonal diseases， and innovates the use of four seasons acupoints application and winter ointment， so as to combine internal and external treatments， and gives full play to the concept of preventing diseases. [Conclusion] The TCM pediatrics of Zhejiang school takes measures according to local conditions， pays attention to warm diseases and made good use of the method of clearing heat; suits measures to individual conditions， pays attention to people‘s physique， and is good at supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin; suits measures to time， emphasizes preventing disease， and combines internal and external treatments. |
