| [目的] 总结张杰运用经方治疗积聚病的经验，探讨其辨治思路。 [方法] 通过临床跟诊，整理分析张老治疗的积聚病验案4则，从病因病机、治则治法、经方运用等方面对验案进行分析。 [结果] 张老认为，结节、肌瘤、囊肿等体内有形之物多为阴寒凝聚所致，阴气凝滞，非阳不运，故而重视阳气的生理作用，并提出“脾阳为本，肾阳为根”的理论。临证以合方治难病，重剂治大病，处方用药注重温阳化气，俾阳气的通达、外展、温煦功能恢复，则湿、寒、痰、瘀易散。 [结论] 张老治疗积聚病，以“阳化气，阴成形”理论为根本，结合自身经验，重视阳气，合方用药，疗效显著，值得推广与学习。 |

| [Objective] To summarize ZHANG Jie‘s experience in treating accumulation and assemblage， and discuss his ideas of differentiation and treatment. [Methods] Through clinical follow-up， sorting out four cases of accumulation and assemblage treated by Director ZHANG， and the cases were analyzed from the aspects of etiology， pathogenesis， treatment principles， treatment methods and application of classical prescriptions. [Results] Director ZHANG believes that， the tangible disease， such as nodule myoma and cyst， can be caused by the lack of Yang Qi in the human body. Yin Qi has a characteristic of stagnation， therefore， he attaches importance to the physiological function of Yang Qi and puts forward the theory “spleen Yang is the base and kidney Yang is the root”. In clinical practice， he is good at treating complex accumulation and assemblage with several prescriptions and massive doses. He also pays attention to warming Yang and transforming Qi， once the warm and expanding function of Yang Qi is restored，dampness，cold，sputum and blood stasis will dissipate easily. [Conclusion] Director ZHANG‘s treatment of accumulation and assemblage is based on the theory of “Yang transforming Qi and Yin forming tangible”. Combined with clinical experience， he pays attention to Yang Qi and uses combined prescriptions， which has remarkable curative effect and is worth popularizing and learning. |
