| [目的] 总结国医大师卢芳运用抑免汤联合化斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura，HSP)的经验。 [方法] 阐述卢老对HSP病因病机的认识，剖析经验方抑免汤联合化斑汤的组成及功用，并列举验案加以佐证。[结果] 卢老认为，HSP病因为小儿纯阳之体，复感外邪，从阳化火，迫血妄行；或郁久化热，日久邪从营入血，发为紫斑。抑免汤可以治疗湿热瘀等复杂致病因素所致的HSP，紫癜发生发展的任何阶段，均可在此方基础上加减治疗。所举验案中患者辨为湿热血瘀证，卢老治以清热利湿、凉血消斑，选用自拟方抑免汤联合化斑汤加减治疗，疗效显著。[结论] 卢老认为，抑免汤联合化斑汤可以治疗湿热瘀等复杂致病因素所致的HSP，无论是斑疹初起还是日久化瘀，均可在此方基础上加减治疗，其经验值得临床推广学习。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LU Fang， a master of Chinese medicine， in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) with Yimian Decoction combined with Huaban Decoction. [Methods] This paper expounded Professor LU Fang‘s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of HSP， analyzed the composition of the empirical prescription Yimian Decoction combined with Huaban Decoction， and cited one test case to prove. [Results] Professor LU believes that HSP is caused by children‘s pure Yang body， contracted with exogenous pathogens， Yang transforms into fire， and forces the blood to move frenetically； or long time depression transforms into heat， long-term evil enters blood from Ying， causes purple spots. Yimian Decoction can treat HSP caused by complex pathogenic factors such as damp heat and blood stasis. At any stage of the occurrence and development of HSP， it can be added or subtracted on the basis of this prescription. The patient was identified as damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome in the mentioned case， Professor LU used the self-made formula Yimian Decoction combined with Huaban Decoction to treat by clearing away heat and removing dampness， cooling blood and eliminating spots， and the curative effect was remarkable. [Conclusion] Professor LU believes that Yimian Decoction combined with Huaban Decoction can treat HSP caused by complex pathogenic factors such as damp heat and blood stasis. Whether it is the beginning of the rash or after a long time， it can be treated on the basis of the formula to be added or subtracted. His experience is worthy of clinical promotion and learning. |
