| [目的] 观察针刺结合穴位贴敷治疗乳腺增生症(mammary gland hyperplasia，MGH)的临床疗效。[方法] 将72例MGH患者随机分成试验组和对照组，试验组进行针刺结合穴位贴敷治疗，每周治疗3次，连续8周；对照组采用乳癖散结颗粒口服疗法，每日3次，每次1袋，连续8周，两组随访3个月。分别于治疗前后以及随访期3个时间点，比较两组患者的临床有效率、乳房疼痛程度评分、肿块分布范围评分、肿块大小评分及肿块硬度评分。 [结果] 62例患者完成了所有治疗及随访，试验组和对照组各31例。两组患者的年龄、病程、基线评价具有可比性(P＞0.05)。试验组总有效率为83.9%，对照组总有效率为58.1%，两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；试验组在改善乳房疼痛程度、肿块分布范围、肿块大小及肿块硬度四个方面均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。[结论] 针刺结合穴位贴敷是一种治疗乳腺增生病的安全有效的方法，在提高临床有效率、减轻乳房疼痛、缩小肿块分布范围及大小、改善肿块硬度等方面具有明显优势。 |

| [Objective] To verify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus acupoint application for mammary gland hyperplasia(MGH). [Methods] Seventy-two MGH patients were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application， three times a week. The control group was treated with Rupi Sanjie Granule oral therapy， three times a day， one bag each time. Both groups were treated consecutively for 8 weeks and followed up for 3 months. Measurement outcomes， which include breast pain score， mass distribution range score， mass size score and mass hardness score， were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and during follow-up. [Results] Sixty-two patients completed all treatments and follow-up， including 31 in experimental group and 31 in control group. The age， course of disease and baseline evaluation of patients in the two groups were comparable(P＞0.05). The total effective rate was 83.9% in experimental group and 58.1% in control group， the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The experimental group was significantly better than control group in the relief of breast pain， mass distribution range， mass size and hardness(P＜0.05). [Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with acupoint application is a safe and effective method to treat MGH， which has obvious advantages in reliving clinical efficiency， alleviating breast pain， reducing the mass distribution range and size， and reliving the mass hardness. |
