| [目的] 总结崔云教授“调肝三法”治疗男性不育症的学术经验。 [方法] 通过整理崔教授临床诊治男性不育症患者的案例，结合其临证所述，在充分认识病因病机和用药特点的基础上，对崔教授诊治此病的经验进行全面总结，并列举典型医案进行论证。[结果] 崔教授认为，不育症病位在精室，肝借助于经络联系精室，从而影响精室功能，肝功能失常在不育症病机中占据重要地位。他推崇肝肾同源理论，重视不育症从肝论治的思维，并形成了独具特色的“治肝三法”，即“补肝血，促肝血肾精互化”“理肝气，促气血运行畅达”“清肝热，解精室受灼之弊”，理法明确，方药精当。所举医案中，患者未避孕未育2年，精神压力较大，阴液匮乏、肝郁不疏之象明显，辨为阴虚肝郁证，用一贯煎合丹栀逍遥散化裁以奏滋阴疏肝之效，后崔教授深谙病机衍变，据证化裁，综合治疗半年余，患者之妻成功受孕。[结论] 崔教授重视肝在男性不育症形成、衍变和治疗中的地位，主张的“调肝三法”具有丰富内涵，诸法方药充备，用药崇尚中和，临床收效显著，为本病的临床辨治提供了新思路。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor CUI Yun‘s academic experience in treating male infertility with “three methods of regulating the liver”. [Methods] Through sorting out the cases of Professor CUI‘s clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility patients， combined with his clinical description， on the basis of full understanding of the etiology， pathogenesis and medication characteristics， the experience of Professor CUI‘s diagnosis and treatment of this disease was comprehensively summarized， and typical medical cases were cited for demonstration. [Results] Professor CUI believes that infertility is located in the seminal chamber. The liver is connected with the seminal chamber by meridians， thus affecting the function of seminal chamber， and liver dysfunction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of infertility. He highly praises the theory of liver and kidney homologous， pays attention to the thinking of treating infertility from liver， and forms the unique “three methods of regulating the liver”， that is，“enrich liver blood， promote the interaction of liver blood and kidney essence” “regulate liver Qi， promote Qi and smooth blood flow” “clear liver heat， solute the harm of seminal chamber burning”， which have definite principles and methods， ingenious prescriptions and medicines. In the medical case cited， the patient had not fertility for two years， and had great pressure， obvious Yin deficiency and liver depression phenomenon. It was identified as Yin deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome， which was treated by consistent Yiguan Jian and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder to play the effect of nourishing Yin and relieving the liver. Professor CUI was well versed in the evolution of pathogenesis of the disease and modified drugs according to the syndrome. After comprehensive treatment for more than half a year， the patient‘s wife successfully conceived. [Conclusion] Professor CUI attaches great importance to the role of liver in the formation， evolution and treatment of male infertility， and advocates the “three methods of regulating the liver” with rich connotations. All the methods have fully prescriptions and medicines， and the medication advocates neutralization， with remarkable clinical effects， which provides new ideas for the clinical differentiation and treatment of this disease. |
