| [目的] 总结符为民教授基于“脾脑相关学说”论治眩晕的经验。[方法] 通过跟师学习，分析脾、脑的相关性及其导致眩晕的病因病机，从临床实践中总结符教授临证思路及经验，分析其在脾脑相关理论指导下治疗眩晕的特色，并附医案加以验证。 [结果] 脾、脑不仅在生理上密切相关，而且在病理上紧密联系。符教授认为，脾胃虚弱，水谷精微不能上荣于脑；或脾失健运，痰瘀内生，阻痹清窍，脑窍不利，是导致眩晕的基本病机，创新性地提出从“脾脑相关学说”论治眩晕，提倡将脾脑相关基础理论与临床经验相结合论治本病。所举医案为临床眩晕典型病例，辨证为痰瘀阻窍，治宜健脾化痰、活血通窍，处方以通窍活血汤、半夏白术天麻汤加减化裁，疗效显著。 [结论] 符教授以“脾脑相关学说”为基础治疗眩晕，健脾养血、充养髓海以治本，痰瘀同治、通利脑窍以治标，临床收效甚佳。其学术经验强调了脑病从脾论治的重要性，具有创新性，值得推广。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor FU Weimin‘s experience in treating vertigo based on“spleen-brain related theory”. [Methods] Through learning from teachers， this paper analyzed the correlation between the spleen and brain， and the etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo， summarized Professor FU Weimin‘s clinical thinking and experience from clinical practice， analyzed his characteristics of treating vertigo under the guidance of “spleen-brain related theory”， and verified it with medical records. [Results] The spleen and brain are closely related physiologically and pathologically. Professor FU Weimin believes that the imbalance of the spleen and stomach leading to the cereal essence can not supply to the brain， and the dysfunction of spleen in transportation leading to phlegm and blood retention in head and subsequent brain dysfunction are the basic pathogenesis of vertigo. Therefore， it is proposed creatively to treat vertigo from the“spleen-brain related theory”， and advocated the combination of the basic theory of spleen and brain with clinical experience to treat the disease. This medical case was a typical case of clinical vertigo. In the case， the syndrome differentiation was phlegm and blood stasis blocking the orifices， and it was suitable to invigorate the spleen and dissipate phlegm， promote blood circulation and dredge the orifices， Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction were selected to reduce the symptoms， with remarkable effectiveness. [Conclusion] Professor FU Weimin treats vertigo， based on the “spleen-brain related theory”， advocates strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood， filling and nourishing the brain to cure the root cause； treating phlegm and blood stasis together， dredging brain orifices to treat the manifestation， which are used in clinic and verified the curative effect. This clinical academic experience emphasizes the importance of treating encephalopathy from the spleen， which is innovative and worthy of popularization. |
