      [目的] 总结浙江省级名中医舒琦瑾教授辨证治疗抗肿瘤药物相关性皮疹的用药规律。[方法] 收集2018年5月1日至2022年3月1日舒师门诊诊治的抗肿瘤药物相关性皮疹病例,运用Excel 2019软件建立方剂临床数据库,对药物频次、类别、性味归经进行描述性分析,运用SPSS Statistics 25.0和SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对高频药物进行系统聚类和关联规则分析。[结果] 共纳入病例75例,共456诊次,用药156味,累积用药频次6 815次,药物频次最高为黄芪,其次为白花蛇舌草、薏苡仁、玄参、金银花;类别频次最高为清热药,其次为补虚药、活血化瘀药;药性频次最高为寒性,药味频次最高为甘味,药物归经主要分布在肺、胃、脾、肝。通过聚类分析和关联规则分析,结合临床经验,得出常用组方有沙参麦冬汤、四妙勇安汤等,常用药对(组)有北沙参和麦冬、金银花和玄参、黄芪和党参等。[结论] 舒师从虚、湿、热、痰、瘀、毒辨治抗肿瘤药物相关性皮疹,以益气养阴解毒为基本组方配伍,兼顾燥湿、化痰、活血等,契合病机,攻补兼施。

      [Objective] To analyze and summarize the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment to antitumor drug-related rash by Professor SHU Qijin. [Methods] It collected the cases of anti tumor drug-related rash diagnosed and treated by Professor SHU from May 1, 2018 to March 1, 2022. The prescription clinical database was established through Excel 2019 software to make a descriptive analysis on the herb frequency, category, nature, flavor and meridian tropism. SPSS statistics 25.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 software were used for systematic clustering and correlation analysis of high-frequency herbs. [Results] A total of 75 cases(456 visits) were included, 156 kinds of herbs were used, and the cumulative frequency of herbs was 6 815 times. The highest frequency of herbs was Astragali Radix(Huangqi), followed by Hedyotis diffusa(Baihua Sheshe Cao), Coicis Semen(Yiyiren), Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen), and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos(Jinyinhua). The category with the highest frequency was herbs for clearing heat, followed by herbs for tonifying deficiency, herbs for promoting blood circulation and dissolving blood stasis. The highest frequency of nature was cold, and the highest frequency of flavor was sweet. The meridian tropism of herbs was mainly distributed in lung, stomach, spleen and liver. Through cluster analysis and association rule analysis, combined with clinical experience, it was concluded that the commonly used prescriptions were Shashen Maidong decoction, Simiao Yong‘an decoction, etc. And the commonly used herb pairs or combinations were Glehniae Radix(Beishashen) and Ophiopogonis Radix(Maidong), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos(Jinyinhua) and Scrophulariae Radix(Xuanshen), Astragali Radix(Huangqi) and Codonopsis Radix(Dangshen), etc. [Conclusion] Professor SHU treats antitumor drug-related rash based on syndrome differentiation of deficiency, dampness, heat, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin. He takes supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and detoxifying as the basic formula, combined with eliminating dampness, resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation, which conforms to the pathogenesis, combines attack and supplement.
