| [目的] 总结何嘉琳教授辨治宫腔粘连的临床特色经验。 [方法] 通过门诊跟师临诊，收集整理典型病案，查阅相关文献知识，分析总结何教授辨治宫腔粘连的思路与用药特点，并附验案一则予以佐证。 [结果] 何教授认为宫腔粘连以“虚”“瘀”为病机要点，冲任损伤为其直接病机，临证融汇中西，主张对症治疗；内外治法结合，兼顾周期疗法；孕期辨证论治，治病与安胎并举；同时强调身心同调，注重心理疏导。文中所附一则医案属于典型的肾虚血瘀型宫腔粘连，结合周期治疗，辨证论治，终得良效。 [结论] 何教授治疗宫腔粘连临床经验丰富，将辨病与辨证理论有机结合，中西互参，用药灵活，精准治疗，效果显著，值得临床借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical characteristics of Professor HE Jialin‘s experience in identifying and treating intrauterine adhesions. [Methods] Through outpatient consultation with teachers， collecting and organizing typical cases， and reviewing relevant literature， this paper analyzed and summarized Professor HE‘s thinking and medication characteristics in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion and attached a test case to support it. [Results] Professor HE believes that “deficiency” and “stasis” are the main points of the pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesion， and that the damage to the Chong and Ren is its direct pathogenesis. In clinical practice， Professor HE advocates integration of Chinese and western medicine， and symptomatic treatment； combination of internal and external therapies， taking into account periodic therapy； treatment based on syndrome differentiation during pregnancy， treating diseases and preventing miscarriage simultaneously； at the same time， she emphasizes the harmony of body and mind and pays attention to psychological guidance. The case attached belonged to a typical intrauterine adhesion of renal deficiency and blood stasis type， which was treated with a combination of cycles of syndrome differentiation and treatment， and achieved good results. [Conclusion] Professor HE has rich clinical experience in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions， combining the disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation theory organically， mutual participating Chinese and western medicine. The medication is flexible， treatment is precise， and the effect is significant. Professor HE‘s experience is the worth drawing on clinically. |
