| [目的] 观察益气活血通络方治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效，并探究其对胃黏膜磷酸酯酶与张力蛋白同源物(phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromsome ten，PTEN)的表达及血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6，IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α)水平的影响。[方法] 将50例气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组25例予以益气活血通络方加减治疗，对照组25例予以胃复春片治疗，以3个月为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、胃黏膜PTEN平均光密度值及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的差异。 [结果] 治疗组总有效率100%，高于对照组的76%(P＜0.01)。两组患者胃黏膜PTEN阳性表达的平均光密度值均升高(P＜0.01)，且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01)。两组血清中IL-6水平均降低(P＜0.01)，且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组血清中TNF-α水平均降低(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。[结论] 益气活血通络方加减治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者疗效显著，可提高胃黏膜PTEN的表达，降低血清IL-6、TNF-α水平，从而有助于抑制胃黏膜萎缩病变的进展。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type， and explore its effect on the expression of phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN) in gastric mucosa， serum level of interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). [Methods] Fifty patients with CAG of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups， 25 patients in treatment group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe， and 25 patients in control group were treated with Weifuchun tablets for 3 months. The clinical efficacy， average optical density of PTEN in gastric mucosa and serum level of IL-6 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%， which was higher than 76% in control group(P＜0.01). The average optical density of PTEN positive expression in gastric mucosa increased in both groups(P＜0.01)， and treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.01). The serum level of IL-6 decreased in both groups(P＜0.01)， and treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.05). And the serum level of TNF-α decreased in both groups(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)， the treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.05). [Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe is more effective in the treatment of CAG of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type， which can increase the expression of PTEN in gastric mucosa and reduce serum level of IL-6 and TNF-α， which helps to inhibit the further development of gastric mucosal atrophy. |
