| [目的] 为郑魁山教授家传针法之一的“二龙戏珠”针法的临床推广应用和理论研究提供思路。 [方法] 详细介绍郑老家传针法“二龙戏珠”的操作准备、消毒及进针操作、针法注意事项，并选取一则“二龙戏珠”针法临床治疗过敏性结膜炎的案例加以按评，以探讨“二龙戏珠”针法的中医针灸理论来源，即“气至病所”和“针至病所”。 [结果] “二龙戏珠”在操作中强调上下眼睑的感传，因感传如两条龙包围眼珠而得名。该针法扩大针刺作用面，疏通眼周经气。通过“目-经络-脏腑”循行，调和机体阴阳，使阴平阳秘、正气自得，达到祛邪风止痒、通畅经络的目的，有效治疗了过敏性结膜炎患者。“二龙戏珠”针法融合了“气至病所”和“针至病所”两种中医针灸理念，于眼周穴位进行干预，有效刺激局部气血、缩短经络感传距离、增强针感。 [结论] “二龙戏珠”针法善于畅经络、通气血，对反复过敏性结膜炎等气血不通的眼疾疗效良好，值得临床推广应用以及进一步的机制研究。 |

| [Objective] To provide some insights into the clinical application and theoretical research of the“two dragons play bead acupuncture” therapy for the treatment of eye diseases through introducing such acupuncture therapy. [Methods] The preparation， sterilization， acupuncture operation and acupuncture precautions of “two dragons play bead acupuncture” therapy were introduced in detail. Through the above， this paper discussed the theoretical sources of the“two dragons play bead acupuncture” therapy， such as “Qi extending affected parts” and “needle to disease location”. [Results] “Two dragons play bead acupuncture” therapy in the operation emphasizes the sensory transmission of the upper and lower eyelids and is named because the sensory transmission is like two dragons surrounding the eye， which expands the acupuncture action area and unblocks the meridians around the eyes. By harmonizing Yin and Yang of the body through the “eye-meridians-viscera” circulation， Yin and Yang will be balanced and the righteousness will be restored， so as to eliminate the evil wind and stop the itching， and open up the meridians， effectively treating patients with allergic conjunctivitis. “Two dragons play bead acupuncture” therapy combines the concept of Qi extending affected parts and needle to disease locations. Operation at the acupuncture point around the eyes can effectively stimulate local Qi and blood， shorten the transmission distance of meridians and collateral， and enhance the sense of acupuncture. [Conclusion] “Two dragons play bead acupuncture” therapy is good at smoothing meridians， Qi and blood， and has a good effect on ophthalmic diseases， which is worthy of application in clinical practice. |
