| [Objective] To analyze the commonly used acupoints on the moxibustion treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) with cold-dampness obstruction type in the past 20 years by CiteSpace software， and explore the development and hot spots in this field to provide a reference for the moxibustion acupoints of RA. [Methods] Relevant literature on moxibustion treatment of RA in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from 2002 to 2021 was retrieved， and CiteSpace 5.8.R3. was used to visually analyze the number of published articles， authors， Keywords， emergence Keywords and commonly used acupoints. [Results] A total of 543 papers were retrieved， and 63 were finally included after filtering according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of publications was generally on the rise， and there was a lack of communication and cooperation among authors and teams. Totally 83 Keywords， 25 emergence Keywords and 86 acupoints were obtained， with the top three frequencies of Zusanli(ST 36)， Guanyuan(CV 4) and Shenshu(BL 23). [Conclusion] The commonly used acupoints are mainly for warming meridians， dispersing cold， removing dampness and dredging collaterals， among which Zusanli(ST 36) had the highest frequency of use； traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) fumigation and warm acupuncture therapy may become the focus of future attention and research of scholars in this field. |
