| [目的] 探析窦汉卿《标幽赋》中痛证治疗特色，从而为临床治疗痛证提供新思路。 [方法] 以《标幽赋》为研究对象，结合窦氏《针灸集成》《通玄指要赋》《窦太师针经》等相关著作论述，对窦氏治疗痛证的特色进行系统整理。 [结果] 窦氏通过《标幽赋》展现了针灸的理、法、方、穴、术，从毫针运用、奇经八脉、针刺手法、取穴配穴、临证治则等方面分别阐述了针灸治疗痛证的要点。窦氏推崇痛证治疗首选毫针，取穴处方善用特定穴，注重奇经八脉，强调标本，主张使用不同针刺方法，临证治疗处方选穴经验丰富。[结论] 窦氏针灸治疗痛证有独特的见解，其处方和治疗方案完整，疗效确切。 |

| [Objective] To explore the characteristics of pain syndrome treatment in DOU Hanqing‘s Biaoyoufu， so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of pain syndrome. [Methods] Taking Biaoyoufu as the research object， combined with DOU‘s Zhenjiu Jicheng， Tongxuan Zhiyaofu， DOU Taishi Zhenjing and other related works， the characteristics of DOU‘s treatment of pain syndrome are systematically sorted out. [Results] DOU Hanqing showed the principles， methods， prescriptions， acupoints and techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion through Biaoyoufu， and expounded the key points of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pain syndrome respectively from the application of acupuncture needles， eight unusual meridians， acupuncture techniques， point selection and point matching， and clinical treatment principles. DOU Hanqing advocated the first choice of acupuncture in the treatment of pain syndrome， made good use of specific points in acupoint selection prescription， paid attention to the eight unusual meridians， emphasized both the symptoms and root causes， advocated the use of different acupuncture methods， and had rich experience in acupoint selection in clinical treatment prescription. [Conclusion] DOU‘s acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain has a unique view， whose prescription and treatment plan are complete and the curative effect is exact. |
