| [目的] 基于数据挖掘，分析治疗冠心病心绞痛的国家专利中药复方(以下简称专利复方)的组方规律，为新药新方的研发提供参考。[方法] 检索并录入国家知识产权局(http://epub.cnipa.gov.cn)从建库至2022年2月治疗冠心病心绞痛的专利复方数据，使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)及SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对符合纳入标准的专利复方进行药物频次、关联规则、复杂网络、复杂系统熵聚类分析等。[结果] 共纳入治疗冠心病心绞痛的专利复方235则，涵盖466味中药。高频单味药有丹参、川芎、黄芪等；高频对药有川芎-丹参、红花-丹参等；最常用角药为红花-川芎-丹参(37次、15.74%)。基于Apriori算法发现的常用药物组合有赤芍、红花→川芎(置信度0.923)和红花、丹参→川芎(置信度0.880)等。通过熵聚类提取的新方组合有柴胡、枳实、牡蛎、桂枝、砂仁、黄连、干姜和桂枝、枳实、黄连、牡蛎、干姜、龙骨、鳖甲等。 [结论] 冠心病心绞痛用药注重扶正祛邪，治疗以补益与通瘀为主，配合行气化痰之法。通过探索隐性规律，得到治疗冠心病心绞痛新处方，能够为临床治疗及更深层次的研究开拓思路，提供依据。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the composition rules of traditional Chinese medicine patent compound(hereinafter referred to as patent compound) for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease based on data mining， and to provide reference for the development of new drugs and prescriptions. [Methods] The compound patent data of the National Intellectual Property Office(http://epub.cnipa.gov.cn) for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from its establishment to February 2022 were retrieved and entered. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5) and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to analyze the drug frequency， association rules， complex network and complex system entropy clustering analysis of patent compounds that met the inclusion criteria. [Results] A total of 235 patent compounds were included for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease， involving 466 Chinese herbs. High frequency single herb included Salvia miltiorrhiza Burge， Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort， Astragali Radix， etc.； high frequency pair herbs were Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort-Salvia miltiorrhiza Burge， Carthamus tinctorius L.-Salvia miltiorrhiza Burge， etc.； the most commonly used angular herbs were Carthamus tinctorius L.-Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort-Salvia miltiorrhiza Burge(37 times， 15.74%). The commonly used herb combinations based on Apriori algorithm were Radix Padoniae Rubra， Carthamus tinctorius L.→Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort(confidence 0.923)， Carthamus tinctorius L.， Salvia miltiorrhiza Burge→Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort(confidence 0.880)， etc. The new formula combinations extracted by entropy clustering were Bupleuri Radix， Aurantii Fructus Immaturus， Ostreae Concha， Cinnamomi Ramulus， Amomi Fructus， Coptidis Rhizoma， Zingiberis Rhizoma and Cinnamomi Ramulus， Aurantii Fructus Immaturus， Coptidis Rhizoma， Ostreae Concha， Zingiberis Rhizoma， Os Draconis， Trionycis Carapax， etc. [Conclusion] Medication for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease focuses on strengthening healthy Qi and eliminating pathogens， and the treatment is mainly based on tonifying and removing blood stasis， combined with the method of promoting Qi and resolving phlegm. Through exploring the hidden rules， it can obtain new prescriptions for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease， and provide the basis for clinical treatment and deeper research. |
