| [目的] 对《医案梦记》运用《内经》的治案进行探析，为《内经》理论的临床应用提供思路。[方法] 通过整理、分析《医案梦记》中运用《内经》理论的相关治案，分析医案的病因病机、治则治法、选方用药，总结归纳医案中《内经》理论的相关应用，探索反思《内经》理论如何应用于当今临床。 [结果] 徐守愚、徐子麐父子对《内经》深有研究，善于运用《内经》脏腑生克制化理论指导辨证，以肝脏、肺脏为例，运用五行生克制化理论指导辨证论治；善用《内经》理论指导治则治法，开鬼门、洁净府治腹胀，以温导法治石瘕，半夏秫米汤治失眠；善用《内经》理论指导病后调护，注重疾病初愈四时养生、精神调摄、饮食、劳逸、欲望等方面。 [结论] 徐氏父子擅长将《内经》理论运用于临床，守正且创新，疗效颇佳，对当今《内经》理论的文献研究及临床应用都有重要的指导和启迪意义，值得学习借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To provide ideas for clinical application of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory by analyzing the application of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory in Dream of Medical Cases. [Methods] Through collating and analyzing the related treatment cases by using Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory of in Dream of Medical Cases， this paper analyzed the etiology， pathogenesis， treatment principles and methods， and prescription selection of medical cases， summarized the related application of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory， and explored how to apply Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory in today‘s clinical practice. [Results] XU Shouyu and XU Zilin had studied Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon deeply and were good at guiding syndrome differentiation with the theory of restraint of viscera production in Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon. Taking liver and lung as an example， they used the theory of restraint of five elements production to guide syndrome differentiation and treatment； by making use of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory to direct the treatment of principles， such as opening the ghost door， cleaning the house to treat abdominal distension， warming and conducting to treat indurated mass in the uterus and treat insomnia with Banxia Shumi Decoction； making good use of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory to guide post-illness nursing， and pay attention to health preservation in the four seasons at the initial recovery of the disease， mental adjustment， diet， work and rest， desire and other aspects. [Conclusion] XU Shouyu and XU Zilin were good at applying the theory of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory to clinical practice. They were upright and innovative with good curative effect， which has important guiding and enlightening significance for the literature research and clinical application of the theory of Yellow Emperor‘s Inner Canon theory， which is worthy of learning and reference. |
