| [目的] 梳理先秦秦汉出土涉医砭石和针具研究的现状，总结研究中存在的问题，并在此基础上进行展望，以期为将来的学术研究提供思路。[方法] 通过阅读文献，梳理学术界关于先秦秦汉出土涉医砭石和针具的研究并进行概述，对研究存在的难点进行剖析，综合分析进行研究展望。[结果] 出土砭石数量多。针具可分为金属类与非金属类。关于其是否具备医用功能的研究主要存在着两方面疑难:从形制角度研究缺乏标准器和文献支持，从性能角度研究难以落实到具体器物。据此提出3点展望:谨慎对待研究猜想，避免过度诠释；全面考虑古代生活状况，不能为定向思维所局限；更多结合各学科研究新进展。[结论] 对先秦秦汉出土涉医砭石和针具研究现状的梳理有利于把握研究中存在的问题，深入探究其范畴、形制与功能有利于厘清医药器具使用的历程与方式，值得进一步研究。 |

| [Objective] To review the research status of medical Bian-related stones and needles unearthed in the pre-Qin， Qin and Han dynasties， summarize the existing problems in the research， and put forward prospects on this basis， in order to provide ideas for future academic research. [Methods] Through reading the literature， the academic research on the unearthed medical-related Bian-stone and needle implements in the pre-Qin， Qin and Han dynasties was summarized， the difficulties in the research were analyzed， and the research prospects were comprehensively analyzed. [Results] A large number of needle stones were unearthed. Needles can be divided into metal and nonmetal categories. There were two main problems in the research on whether it had medical function: It was lack of standard instrument and literature support from the perspective of shape and structure， and it was difficult to implement specific instrument from the perspective of performance. Therefore， three prospects were proposed: treat research conjecture cautiously and avoid over-interpretation； it can not be limited by directional thinking to consider the living conditions in ancient times comprehensively. More combined with the new research progress of various disciplines. [Conclusion] A review of the research status of medical-related Bian-stones and needles unearthed in the pre-Qin， Qin and Han dynasties is helpful to grasp the existing problems in the research， and an in-depth study of their category， shape and function is helpful to clarify the process and way of using medical instruments， which is worthy of further research. |
