| [目的] 研究“扁鹊”这一称号的起源、扁鹊学派的代表人物及其传承历史。[方法] 通过二重证据法，查阅相关文献，在“扁鹊为良医代称”的传统文献认知基础上，系统梳理“扁鹊”生平，并分为三大时期进行分析，针对“扁鹊”这一称号的来源以及扁鹊学派的传承进行深入探究。 [结果] “扁鹊”乃良医代称，非专指秦越人。上古时期鸟图腾崇拜盛行，鸟鹊代表人类对男性生殖崇拜的追求，后其意义逐渐转向对长寿的追求，黄帝时期的名医岐伯即以“扁鹊”为名。春秋战国时期扁鹊学派活跃，其代表人物秦越人被尊称为“扁鹊”，其后秦越人的弟子承袭此称号。秦武王年间“扁鹊”去世，扁鹊医派从此分流传承，代表人物有淳于意及其徒弟、张仲景、华佗、郭玉、徐嗣伯等，扁鹊学派至南宋初年销声匿迹。[结论] 扁鹊作为中医学的代名词，对其名称的产生源流及传承进行考证，有利于进一步拨翳见明。 |

| [Objective] To study the origin of the title of Bian Que， representative figures of Bian Que medical school， and its history of heritance. [Methods] Through the two-pronged evidence method， the study reviewed the relevant literature of Bian Que and systematically investigated the origin of the title of “Bian Que” and the transmission of Bian Que medical school in three periods of time based on the traditional knowledge of “Bian Que as a substitute for good doctors”. [Results] The name“Bian Que” is a synonym for a good doctor， not specifically for QIN Yueren. In the ancient period， the cult of bird totem was prevalent， and birds represented the pursuit of male reproduction， later turned to the pursuit of fertility and longevity of human beings. QI Bo used Bian Que as his name in Huangdi period. During the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period， Bian Que medical school was active. Its principal QIN Yueren， followed by his students， was ordered as “Bian Que”. During the reign of King Wu of Qin， “Bian Que” died， and Bian Que medical school diverged， the representatives were CHUNYU Yi and his students， ZHANG Zhongjing， HUA Tuo， GUO Yu， XU Sibo， etc， and it disappeared in the early Southern Song Dynasty. [Conclusion] As a synonym of Chinese medicine， the textual research on the origin and inheritance of Bian Que is conducive to further research. |
