[目的] 探究中医师岗位胜任力特征,以期为新时代中医师的培养、任用和考核提供依据。[方法] 采用目的抽样法,于2021年7月至2022年2月选取浙江省内25名中医师。采用行为事件访谈法,对25名中医师进行访谈,采用主题式分析法对访谈资料进行分析。[结果] 将录音资料进行转录形成文本,对文本进行分析,最终提炼形成中医师岗位胜任力一级主题6项,包括个人特质、专业知识、专业技能、沟通能力、管理能力和科研能力,以及二级主题22项。[结论] 中医师需要基于知识内化表象的胜任力特质和基于动机外化潜在的胜任力特质,依据冰山双循环模型最终使两者进行循环,帮助中医师更好地明晰岗位胜任力的最优结构,使其能更好地进行医疗活动。 |

[Objective] To explore the job competency characteristics of Chinese medicine practitioners with a view to providing a basis for the training, appointment and assessment of Chinese medicine practitioners. [Methods] Using the purposive sampling method, 25 Chinese medicine practitioners from Zhejiang Province were selected from July 2021 to February 2022. The behavioral event interview method was used to interview 25 Chinese medicine practitioners, and the thematic analysis method was used to analyze the interview data. [Results] Transcribe the recordings into text data and then analyze the text. The final analysis resulted in 6 Level 1 themes of competencies for Chinese medicine practitioners, including traits, professional knowledge, professional skills, communication skills, management skills and research skills, as well as 22 Level 2 themes. [Conclusion] Chinese medicine practitioners need to internalize apparent competency traits based on knowledge and externalize potential competency traits based on motivation, and eventually be able to circulate both based on the iceberg double-loop model, helping Chinese medicine practitioners to better clarify the optimal structure of job competencies to enable them to better perform their medical activities. |
